When I stated I was taking it elsewhere, they charged me over $400.00. I towed the vehicle to a 2nd place that was able to diagnose in less than an hour and I had to beg the mechanic to take money for his time. If you need a timely, honest repair, I would go elsewhere.

Of course it was on a Saturday no less. The gal who answered was so nice. She got their tow truck operator dispatched and told me they had no problem holding my vehicle, etc. Marcos, their tow truck operator, got there fairly quick and delivered my truck to their lot. He was super nice and efficient. I asked them to run a diagnostic if needed and let me know what the estimated repairs would be. I would have to figure out how to get back to ABQ from AZ, etc. My wife called them on Tuesday (I was up to my rear in alligators at work). Their initial find was a frayed PCM cable (truck has +255k miles). Wednesday, the gal called to give me the prognosis and estimated cost. I gave them the nod to proceed. She left a message later in the day to say my truck was ready (still swimming with those gators). My personal issue was getting to their shop to pay them and pick my truck up. They were pretty cool about how long it would take me to get that done. Yes, I highly recommend Aiden's Diesel & Auto if you need work done on your diesel pickup.

I want to personally thank the service department for my recent experience at Myers RV Center. A…read morerecent hail storm knocked the vent covers off my camper roof leaving the interior exposed to the weather. In addition, all the exterior marker lights as well as the taillights were destroyed by the storm. Despite having a full service roster, they were able to squeeze me in, on short notice, thereby saving my seasons elk hunt. Now I know they can't always do this, and most places would not even try. They didn't have to take on this last minute rush job but they did. They even made time to do extra necessary repairs. This is my second exceptional experience with Myers RV Center. Last year they replaced my wheel bearings and brakes. They are professional, trustworthy and do immaculate work. They even vacuumed the debris from inside the trailer, which they totally weren't required to do. I am so grateful to Myers for taking such good care of my camper. And by the way, my rig is an older model. It's not all shiny and new but they treated me like a valued customer just the same. Myers, you have an amazing team and a work ethic that is so rare. I highly recommend Myers RVCenter for all your camper needs. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and they do excellent work. Your team rocks! The communication was flawless. Repairs completed faster than expected. I am an older single woman, and my experience was flawless. I definitely expressed I was more concerned with functionality over making it look pretty, but guess what? I got both. Definitely breathed new life into my camper and preserved it for years to come. My sincere thanks to all involved. Thanks for recommending having the roof resealed. I feel so much better knowing the work was done correctly. And everything stayed dry as a bone during these last couple of storms! Your extra touches did not go unnoticed! Best Regards, Mikki Avis

I want to sincerely thank Brian and John at Myers RV for their outstanding customer service and…read moretechnical abilities in addressing our broken hydraulic slide cylinder support yesterday. We were stranded in Amarillo, Texas, with a broken support block that had sheared off two bolts. The only help we could find was having a mobile tech retract the slide so that we could at least get going and find a permanent solution later. I called Myers RV Center, Customer Service Manager, Brian Parrott, and left a message. Fifteen minutes later, he called back! I was able to explain the problem and sent him pictures and a video. He didn't hesitate to offer his help and advice on the best way to proceed. He gave me the best-case and worst-case scenarios, which I appreciated because I knew the challenges upfront. I told Brian that we had arranged to get help retracting the slide and would be in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the next morning. Brian got us into his shop the next morning by 10:15am, and by roughly 2:00 pm, we were back on the road and headed home to Colorado. John, the technician who worked on our slide, found us in the customer lounge, where we were waiting (and anticipating bad news). He said "it's done and fixed", and you are ready to go!! John explained that he was able to remove the two broken/sheared-off bolts from the metal support block, which allowed him to use the existing hydraulic cylinder assembly and install new bolts. However, the bigger question John had was why the bolts sheared off to begin with. John took the time and made an effort to look for a root cause and discovered that the hydraulic cylinder assembly on our 10-year-old Tiffin Bus had started to sag, most likely creating a binding or tension on the cylinder when it was in retracting or extending mode. John was able to add a foam-padded shim between the frame and hydraulic housing to support the hydraulic assembly better, thereby eliminating the sag and binding. John went one step further, checking the other hydraulic slide assemblies, and recommended supporting one additional hydraulic housing. From the moment I contacted Brian to our face-to-face discussion with John, the technician, in their customer lounge area, I can tell you it was 100% honest and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate us in a way that is unfortunately not the norm in the RV Service Industry today. It's a 3 1/2-hour drive from our home in Colorado to Myers RV in Albuquerque, but they have more than earned our future business with the kindness and professionalism they extended to us. Sincerely, Terry and Diana

Adding a few words to respond to Bryan's comments. I'll start with; Perhaps we can agree to…read moredisagree. I suspect Bryan will agree that we were not the right customer for On Site. We're 70s(ish) retired Federal Government employees (I'm also a veteran) traveling America in a half million dollar class-A motorhome that suffered an engine failure Saturday afternoon. Still not sure why Bryan said that we looked "shady," especially since we never met him, but in any case we're pretty darn sure others like us who might suffer a Cummins engine issue in Albuquerque will rather go directly to Cummins (where they do indeed have dedicated RV sites within their fenced lot) to have their problem resolve. 1). We contacted On Site (Carlos answered the phone) Saturday afternoon, not Sunday as Bryan's asserted. 2) We paid over $3K to have our coach towed to On Site based on assurances that Carlos gave that On Site would work to resolve our Cummins engine issue "within 12 to 24 hours." The only thing their technician said he would do that Sunday was reinstall the driveshaft (removed by AAA for towing) so our coach could be driven onto On Site's yard where we had no access. On Site does even have a customer waiting area. 3) After seeing On Site's operation it didn't take us long to determine that we certainly were NOT their usual customer (the guy sleeping in his car on the lot was a good tip off)l so we found another towing company and got moved directly to Cummins. On Site's towing company failed to get us out after trying for an hour, so we called another. 4) Cummins has since determined that our engine problem is not/not what On Site's technician said it was and they are now fixing the problem under warranty. So, IF you are anything like us, you might want to look at other options. On Site certainly wasn't what we expected or had hoped, and apparently folks like us aren't the kind of customer On Site wants because we look "shady" to them. GOOD LUCK!! I hate to complain but that's mostly because I hate having such egregious stuff to complain about. Long story short, their website looks great and engenders confidence but when you arrIve you immediately suspect that it was a huge mistake. After a full day of broken promises, no repair work being done, being told that I will have to prepay for parts from their vendor in order for them to use, AND frequent suggestions to abandon our expensive class-a motorhome in their yard with a firm policy of no customers allowed in the yard we paid another expensive tow to be brought to a reputable establishment. We feel fortunate that we escaped them without incurring even more crazy charges (for example; they insisted on cash payment to read the engine error code, which I had already given them). Maybe they do good stuff for other customers, but we sure didn't see any good service.
