Adding a few words to respond to Bryan's comments. I'll start with; Perhaps we can agree to disagree. I suspect Bryan will agree that we were not the right customer for On Site. We're 70s(ish) retired Federal Government employees (I'm also a veteran) traveling America in a half million dollar class-A motorhome that suffered an engine failure Saturday afternoon. Still not sure why Bryan said that we looked "shady," especially since we never met him, but in any case we're pretty darn sure others like us who might suffer a Cummins engine issue in Albuquerque will rather go directly to Cummins (where they do indeed have dedicated RV sites within their fenced lot) to have their problem resolve. 1). We contacted On Site (Carlos answered the phone) Saturday afternoon, not Sunday as Bryan's asserted. 2) We paid over $3K to have our coach towed to On Site based on assurances that Carlos gave that On Site would work to resolve our Cummins engine issue "within 12 to 24 hours." The only thing their technician said he would do that Sunday was reinstall the driveshaft (removed by AAA for towing) so our coach could be driven onto On Site's yard where we had no access. On Site does even have a customer waiting area. 3) After seeing On Site's operation it didn't take us long to determine that we certainly were NOT their usual customer (the guy sleeping in his car on the lot was a good tip off)l so we found another towing company and got moved directly to Cummins. On Site's towing company failed to get us out after trying for an hour, so we called another. 4) Cummins has since determined that our engine problem is not/not what On Site's technician said it was and they are now fixing the problem under warranty. So, IF you are anything like us, you might want to look at other options. On Site certainly wasn't what we expected or had hoped, and apparently folks like us aren't the kind of customer On Site wants because we look "shady" to them. GOOD LUCK!! I hate to complain but that's mostly because I hate having such egregious stuff to complain about. Long story short, their website looks great and engenders confidence but when you arrIve you immediately suspect that it was a huge mistake. After a full day of broken promises, no repair work being done, being told that I will have to prepay for parts from their vendor in order for them to use, AND frequent suggestions to abandon our expensive class-a motorhome in their yard with a firm policy of no customers allowed in the yard we paid another expensive tow to be brought to a reputable establishment. We feel fortunate that we escaped them without incurring even more crazy charges (for example; they insisted on cash payment to read the engine error code, which I had already given them). Maybe they do good stuff for other customers, but we sure didn't see any good service. read more

My truck was dropped here after a broke down on 7/30 with the intentions of me finding and purchasing a new motor. I did a check call on the following Tuesday telling them not to touch my truck because I wasn't sure what I was gonna do yet. I did another check call the following week to let them know I was sending a truck to tow my truck home. These scammers informed me that they had dismantled my truck and that they would put it back together when they could make time. My truck showed up the next day to tow my truck home and my truck was still in pieces. My driver had to help them at least put the hood back on so that it could be towed. They also did me a huge favor and caged my brakes, let my truck roll down the hill into a ditch denting the left fuel tank and ripping all the air lines and ABS lines off. 2 days later I had to drive my pick up back to Albuquerque from Phx to get the rest of my parts. They would not release my truck until I payed them 2600.00 for them dismantling my truck without my consent. And they also didn't inform me that they did damage to my truck when I was there. They won't answer my call or refund my money to repair the damage they caused to my truck. Do yourself a huge favor and go to a dealer where they will at least have you sign a consent form to dismantle your vehicle. read more

If it was possible I would give NO stars to this company. I am not prone to writing bad reviews as there is usually something good, I can say about a business but this one doesn't even warrant that. On Wednesday March 13, 2024 we were broken down on Interstate 40 east of Moriarty. After safely being towed to Zia RV Park (recommend) we contacted On-Site. We had actually contacted them while we were waiting for the tow and they assured us that they could fix the ignition problem we were having. We were towed to the site and we called to let them know we were off the highway. That started a string of text message back and forth. We provided the information they requested and assured us that the mechanic was en route. At 4:36 I texted to ask if they were on the way. Yes, mechanic left 45-50 minutes ago. 4:55 they said he was 10 min away. 5:32 I asked if the mechanic was lost. NO RESPONSE and NO SHOW We did make a follow up call on Thursday to see if there was a status change. . We left a message and received a call back from their number. He was going to get a status for us and either call or text us back. Again NOTHING! Needless to say, we started to make inquiries with other companies and were able to get the repairs made. What kind of business acts this way with stranded travelers! If you aren't able to do the work or aren't going to show up have the decency to let the customer know. BEWARE! After reading another review on the BBB site we are probably lucky they didn't show up. read more
