Best rv service ever Came early identified problem in no time and the repairs were fast and reasonable in price My best rv repair experience read more

We had a leak on our 5th wheel which was paid by the insurance to be fixed. We talked to the company and they told us to take it back and they would fix it. On a prior review I said some harsh words, which was explained by the manager on overhead and cost of running a company. I said I felt it was insurance fraud which is not true. The insurance company agreed to pay close to 11,000.00 for repairs. I still feel the cost is excessive. I believe this is why we (the customer has to pay so much for insurance) my insurance went up considerably and they dropped coverage from our 5th wheel. I feel the customer is the one who has to take the burnt of the cost. Pick up the RV after finding the leak, Action RV said it was not part of what they fixed. We would have to fix it ourselves. read more

We had taken our GeoPro to another dealer for service a few years back. There were specific things we paid for at that time we were told had been repaired. 2 years later, we are getting our trailer ready for summer adventures, Action RV was recommended to us since we were still having problems with things that had supposedly been repaired previously. Action RV repaired everything we had been told was repaired at the other dealer, and then some. Axle work, striped bolts, replaced a bad sink, a LOT of work was done for not a whole lot of $$. We will recommend them at any time to anyone with a trailer that needs service. read more

This happened in October of 2019. Our shackle springs broke on our 5th wheel on a Friday just before Balloon Fiesta on our way to AZ. Sadly I may not remember names correctly but I DO remember how they made us feel. We felt confident in them, in their work, and their pricing. We are full time RVers traveling in a 2006 Ram 3500 dually towing a 40' 5th wheel toy hauler. One of the shackle springs broke. They got us in first thing Monday morning and got right on it. My husband remembers that the technician (Elijah, I think) welded up a special accessory for his jack to create more height. He created a tool for the tool! We left while the work was being done, probably went to breakfast and drove around. A few hours later, the repairs were completed and we were on the road again. We were also able to buy one or two extra shackles so that just in case it happened again we wouldn't have to wait for parts. I was dreading the bill but it was fair and reasonable and we were confident in the work. What surprised me the most? Debbie gave us hugs and wished us safe travels! We are currently in AZ and called them to see if they could do some upgrades we wanted done. They said they could do them but because of distance and timing we opted to have the work done locally. I absolutely would recommend Action RV and go out of our way to have them do any work on our RV. read more

Action RV Saved our Vacation On Thursday as we were traveling across the country to visit our children and grandchildren. My husband ran into a concrete pylon at a gas station. This caused the black and gray sewer lines under our travel trailer to break. I called at least 10 repair shops and plumbing supply shops as we were traveling . We could not use our bathroom or run water. No one could help us! Then someone mentioned Action RV Repair! The service specialist, Debbie, was very compassionate, and told us to be at the shop at 8:00 AM this morning. We were very concerned that it may take several days to repair and we would have to miss a family reunion and our granddaughter's wedding! After about seven hours of diligently working on it, the technicians repaired it! Action RV is reasonably priced, as well!! WE ARE ON THE ROAD AGAIN! read more

Was passing through in March, RV broke and needed to repair. I got to be quick, but it was expensive. And they knew they had me

You can write up and email Action RV the list of work you want them to perform, and emphasize that you're hauling 90 miles each way, so you need the work to be performed well. Action RV will ignore your email, and do what they want. Then they'll do the work they decide to perform in the worst possible way, in the longest time possible. When asked why they didn't do what you asked, or inform you that they wouldn't before, they change the topic. If you want to pay top dollar for cheap service, this is the place. read more

Debbie and Jeff saved our bacon. Literally. I called Action RV 8am Monday to see if they could repair our refrigerator which quit the night before. Debbie answered the phone and I gave her the model number and the error code it showed. Debbie said she could probably help. We were over 200 miles away so we took off. We got to Action RV about 3pm and both Debbie and Jeff came right out removed the access panel and started working on the problem. 10 minutes later we were on the road and all the food in our refrigerator and freezer was saved. Including the bacon! If that wasn't enough, Debbie called the next day to be sure all was till okay. What a great experience. Debbie and Jeff went way beyond any expectations we could have had. Thanks Debbie and Jeff ! You guys are the best ! read more

Action RV Repair in Bosque Farms, NM came to our rescue. My wife and I were staying in Ruidoso for the month of August, but had a problem with our slide - it would not extend more than a few inches but fortunately it would come back in electrically. Probably the best shop in Ruidoso could not find the problem or fix it so I found Action RV online and made an appointment with them. When we got to the shop after hours and parked in their lot overnight, we noted that the business looked very clean, and looking into the retail shop saw it to be neat, organized and fully stocked. The next day they isolated my slide problem to a broken gear box. They ordered the part for me on an expedite, then got right to the remove and replace after getting the new part in. My slide operates like it should and we have so much room now it's unbelievable. Surprising how one gets accustomed to moving about in a smaller space so fast. Action did a great job with everything done professionally. Mark, the owner, runs an efficient shop with extremely good customer service. The techs, including Elijah and Moses, and the office/counter specialist, Debbie Cade, are all top notch communicators and worked hard to get us in and out as soon as possible. Debbie also gladly and willingly did what was needed to contact and arrange for payment from our extended warranty company to the point it was transparent to us. Mark, by the way, just returned from Elkhart, IN where he is on a panel tasked with improving the RV repair experience across the country with better professionally trained techs via educational programs, and other factors. Large RV sales and service companies and smaller independants are participants and right now are heavily funded, to the tune of multi-millions$ on this initiative. Quite a time and money sacrifice for a smaller independent business owner, but Mark is totally committed to improving this industry. Nice to see and he proved his worth to me, and the industry, in my 1 experience with him. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing slight to major RV and/or trailer repairs. I don't know the full extent of what they work on but I know it includes horse trailers, too. read more

EXCELLENT! Professional, knowledgable, courteous, helpful. Everything you want in an independent business with a hands-on owner. Reasonably priced stock on hand, clean rest room. read more

Jay at Action RV was so helpful, took the time to listen and even asked if the rig was winterize..."just in case it freezes while we have it". Super nice facility and they fixed it fast and for a reasonable price. We needed a diagnoses and repair as to way our back slide kept coming out. Action RV figured it out and had the RV back to us in two days. read more

The staff at Action RV were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I own a brand of RV that is sold by only one dealership in NM and I am not a fan of theirs. Action was happy to take care of warranty work for me as well as a few adding a battery and adding a new wdh for me. The job was completed when promised. They have earned my business. read more

I can't say enough good things about this business. I had a complicated issue with my horse trailer. The owner of Action RV took it upon himself to help me personally. He was able to solve the issue while every other trailer businesses in Albuquerque that I contacted could not help. Chuck the technician took extra time to help me with my tricky brake controller before I left. These folks were a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended. read more

So I'm rolling down the road in one of the most horrific windstorms I've ever been in, and BOOM, I lose a major hunk of my roof. Imagine my chagrin. Luckily, my GOOGLE MAPS program (not Yelp, mind you) directed me to Action RV. These Guys and Gals are GREAT! They got me back up in no time flat and gave expert attention to my home. As a full time RVer, this means, literally, saving me from losing my home to further wind damage. If I could give them TEN stars, I certainly would! Thanks, Mark, Chuck, and Deb! Exceptional! We lost our shore power while in a RV park. We were referred to Action RV. Randy and his wife were here within the hour and diagnosed the problem. They put a temporary fix on the problem which gave us the power back with a promise to be back the next morning with a permanent solution. They showed up bright and early the next morning with the part and installed it. Our on board power surge protector had caught on fire and burned. Thanks Action RV for doing the job correctly and at a fair price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACTION RV. read more

I needed a pump replaced so I could leave on a trip in 3 days. The service desk and the technician Justin that did the work we're very pleasant, capable, and efficient. We recently had Action Rv do a brake conversion on our Forest River Cedar Creek 5th wheel. They replaced the stock electric drum brakes with electric over hydraulic disc brakes. In addition, they installed a receiver hitch on the back of the trailer and wired a 7-pin plug for it. The staff, and owner Mark, were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Justin, the tech that did most of the work, did an excellent job. We were very pleased with our experience there and the new brakes work like a dream - I will never have another 5th-wheel that does not have disc brakes. We plan to have any future work needed on our unit done by the folks at Action Rv. Thank you Mark and team!! read more

Thanks to Debbie Cade, the service specialist at Action RV, the repair done on our RV while we were passing thru was exceptional. We were having problems with our vacuum assisted toilet and couldn't get anyone to help us anytime soon as we were passing thru the Albuquerque area. We were coming from Amarillo and couldn't get anyone there to help us so I called ahead of our location. Being a Saturday, not much chance of getting anyone to help over the weekend, but one place I called recommended to give Debbie a call at Action RV. They made an appointment for me at 11 on Monday. On Monday when they opened, I called Debbie and told her about my situation. I asked about getting in there earlier so they could start work. She asked for some info about my rig and proceeded to call Dometic (the maker of the toilet) and Fleetwood (the maker of my rig). By the time I got there, Debbie had spent a couple of hours on the phone with other companies including my extended warranty and already had the repair approved, the part located and getting it ready for shipment. Make a long story short, I was back on the road the very next afternoon. My long running problem, that was looked at several times by my RV dealer at home, was finally finished and operating like new again. Wish I had a shop like Action RV near my home location that I could take all my RV repairs to instead of my dealer. Thanks to Debbie and Action RV for taking care of me and when in the Albuquerque area, I know who I am taking my RV problems to. read more
