He approaches every car and customer with a positive attitude and a desire to provide truly exceptional service. His pricing is fair. His work and the work of his mechanics is way above average. And aside form all of that, he is one of the nicest and most professional mechanics in the business. Sacco Automotive is absolutely the best auto repair shop in the city. When my 85 year old friend's key had broken off in the ignition, Steve and one of his mechanics, walked five blocks to the car to fix it in order for this elderly gentleman to avoid the tow charge! That is the kind of person Steve Sacco is, and it shows in everything he does. Sacco Automotive, really is the only place for honest, affordable, and exceptional auto repair.

He came out that morning (missing his son's baseball tournament I might add). The fix was pretty straightforward but on my truck, he had to take a bunch of parts off to get to the leaking line, and then put 'em back on. Then another part was giving us fits so more parts off to get to that. He worked tirelessly all day into the night to get us going again. Fantastic work ethic and never gave up never showed the frustration he must've felt. With all he went through over 10+ hours, I can honestly say, the bill was very reasonable. Can't say enough, how much we appreciate James' efforts. Give him a call.

I took a leap of faith, trusting in God, and yesterday I had three services done on my 2017 JCW: transmission fluid, brake fluid, and coolant changes. They were very professional; the man who helped me--the one with the long beard--handled everything from start to finish and was completely honest before and after the work. I even saved money compared to other shops. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart; this will be my go-to shop from now on. Thanks also to everyone who left honest reviews; that helped me take the step and place my trust here. I'll see you all soon for my next services. Shalom, shalom to everyone. BUYER BEWARE!!! Our…read moreson purchased an exhaust system and took it to MBS to install. He paid $361.00 for the "service". The next week he took his car to our mechanic to have new break pads installed. Our mechanic informed us the exhaust system was not only installed incorrectly but it also had a leak. He fixed the problem immediately. Upon his repairs, our son's car sounded like a completely different car; the way it was intended on sounding. We returned to MBS to see how they planned to make this dillema right. They looked over the vehicle and all they really cared about was why we didn't bring it back to them to fix. REALLY?? If you couldn't install it correctly the first time why we would we trust you to install it the 2nd time. Remember we are disputing service here NOT goods. Goods are returnable, services are only as good as your word, which in this case is not existent. One of their employees even had the gall to say an exhasust leak isn't dangerous nor flammable. Apparently she's had a bit of CO poisoning! That's when I knew we weren't dealing with a business or individuals that knew what they were doing. We won't be returning to MBS and will be sure to spread the word to our immediate and extended family and friends the same advice.
