    I purchased a new 1993 Ford Ranger XL 5 spd here. It was an easy and non-stressful buying experience. I kept this vehicle for 15 years and 158000 miles with no problems. Only had to replace wear items. Great gas mileage. only option was A/C. I wish Ford made a simple, inexpensive Ford Ranger like the one I had. I sold it a few years ago and now I wish I did not.

    Let me tell you about my experience with Rich Ford. On February 28, 2025, I bought a truck from Rich Ford with a service contract for maintenance and repairs. However, when I took my truck in for servicing in June 2025, as I was leaving a tire came off while I was driving on Wyoming blvd. (Do You know busy this street is ?? this could have been a Complete disaster ). They towed my truck, promised to repair it within five days, and fix some dings on my door. But it took 10 days, and they didn't fix the dings. My truck never ran the same, and I've had to buy new tires. (They didn't replace the tire - so it never drove right - even though the tires were "new" when I bought the truck )I'm still paying for a maintenance package I'll never use.how can I trust that they know what they are doing or it won't happen again? Im not putting my family or anyone else in danger . I'm disappointed in the customer them. I've been in the office 3 times over the past 3 months and no one has even tried to make this right . I keep getting "I will call you by the end of the day "and it's been radio silence.

    My dealing with Larry Miller Chevy started when my brand new truck died while passing through ABQ…read more That's a different story. Not their fault. But after dropping off my truck after hours, Rich was very helpful in keeping me up to date while we wait for repairs. In the meantime they offered me a loaner, which I quickly accepted. Expecting Chevy Malibu or Ford Fiesta, imagine my surprise when I was taken to a jacked-up 4x4 off-road Silverado. Now, prior to this I've always somewhat discounted people who drive around with huge lift kits and truck nuts, but let me tell you, it is FUN looking down on all the tiny people in their tiny cars. I'm basically eye level with semi drivers. Only drawback is my penis has shrunk over 63% since I started driving it but I'm really hoping the side effects will reverse once I get my regular truck back.

Unfortunately, due to an error made by the dealership during the sale, I have been unable to get the transmission repaired, despite continuing to make payments on the vehicle. At this point, I am already out over $4,000. Both the extended warranty company (which I purchased through the dealership) and the dealership currently diagnosing my truck have stated that the issue stems from how Larry H. Miller Casa Chevrolet handled the original paperwork/process. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly by speaking with the finance manager, but I have consistently been given the runaround. Recently, my calls have gone unanswered, even when transferred by sales staff or when notes were personally delivered to him. Each time I have requested to speak with the General Manager, I have been told he is either unavailable or in a meeting. Instead of taking responsibility and correcting their mistake, the finance manager suggested trading me into another vehicle and referred me to a salesperson, who also failed to follow up. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and a major disappointment. A dealership should stand behind its customers and work to resolve issues, especially when the problem was caused by their own error. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service I have experienced speaks volumes about how this business operates. I have all documentation to support my claims and show exactly where the dealership made the mistake, yet they continue to avoid resolving the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from Larry H. Miller Casa Chevrolet.
