Avoid this place at all cost . Our brand new Motorhome had a sensor issue stating no traction light on and abs light on and also i have no cruise control . It was 105 degrees out and i had my family and pets with me as we were traveling across country . Day 1 we sat there 8 hours and they asked if we could come back the next day to fix it . Next day there was a semi overturned the exit before we got stuck in that mess and showed up and after sitting there all day again they wanted us to come back again . We told them to f off and left . Went to freightliner Kentucky fixed in 2 hours . This place always takes care of the company I work for. Jayden always goes out of his way to make sure the customer service is above and beyond. The counter guys are really helpful. They aren't magicians so don't expect them to know everything without the proper information. But when the right info is given they always make it happen for us or shoot us in the right direction. read more

This place can't get any worse Every time I come in to get anything done. Their is always 1 person in the parts counter. While 5+ people wait in line and even though they are supposed to have 3 the other two guys are at lunch. Plus having unexperianced people here does not help one bit because they do not know how to do anything. If you do decide to come here be ready to get absolutely destroyed by their hefty prices in the service department. $150 per hour even if all they did was turn the truck on and off. They charge up the Ass and expect people to be ok with it. This place needs to be either under new management or replace the terrible employees they have here. No matter what you need You will be waiting here 30+ minutes. Do not go to this place! If you do your an idiot!! I have a 2001 FL70 with cat 3126 overheating problem coming from Texas going back to Colorado pulling my 53ft race car hauler kept creeping up to 220. I googled a Freightliner service center and this nightmare place popped up. So I called the after hours number to let them know I was coming and all my information and guys says they don't do after hours service so park by gate till 7am. So I get the at midnight and pull in at 645am office opens at 7am so I go in guy says yes I spoke to you last night I said cool. He checks me in and says we might night have room for your trailer so you need to find parking somewhere and I say my race trailer has a $125k blown alcohol dragster and this place is full of trailer with plenty of room. I was ready to snap at this point starring at a complete fuck up! The comes the good part he informs me it will take them a week just to look at it!! Several dumb fucks just stan around this place is a joke! Then he says after he checks me in I am sorry I just noticed your rig has a caterpillar 3126 and we don't have a technician for that I should have slapped the fuck out of him before I left that shit hole! On a Monday, after a holiday, with no appointment, we pulled into the lot with an "air leak". I went to this truck repair and they charged me over way too much for just a brake repair and they told me the repair is done when I went to my truck I saw the same thing they did not do anything and they charged me 1,250$ just for that they are just a scam I went back to them and they said that they fixed the truck when I went back they told me there is more problems and they kept charging me they never did anything to the truck or anything they just looked at it for 1,250$ and told me that it needs more fixes but they will keep charging me read more

Do not use these guys. Also known as Tag and Lonestar. My 2015 Freightliner Cascadia sucked a valve back on December 22 2021, had these guy's do complete inframe. Quoted me 44,370.41 actually paid 44715.22 and only add a dot inspection that should have only been only 95. Didn't even get water cooler that was part of estimation. Had to pay 22,000 down for parts that was going to take 2-3 weeks ended up taking 4 months to get parts. At 3 1/2 months told them I wanted my 22,000 back and that is when they tell me they where getting the head that they been waiting on from a sister store. Didn't get truck back tell middle of May. Had a new fuel pump, turbo, and complete in frame from head down to crank. Had fuel issue when picked up. Have to prime fuel pump once truck sits for more then a hour. Had it looked at when got truck back home at Smith Power in Boise ID and found fuel line that was replaced leaking. They replaced seal did a trip but still same issue. Truck is back in shop hopefully done now and Lonestar covers the work. Again don't use these guy's they are a rip off and poor customer service on parts side and service side. Even noticed on invoice that I was charged for a bunch of core charges that I should have gotten credit for. Total rip off. Would try Stewart and Stevenson, another detroit certified shop in Albuquerque NM. read more

TERRIBLE & DECEPTIVE Service Dept told me they would plug in & asses the truck when it was towed in Sat mid afternoon, that was not done. Monday am service dept looked at it, said EGR related said they would work on it that day, they did not Tuesday stated 8am would put same mech on at 10am they did not Wed same story over again and no further work was done Thurs am I called to get the truck out and take to Stewart Stevenson Don in the serv dept stated "you want us to quit working on it now?" I said "You mean to tell me your working on the truck?" he stuttered & said let me call you in 5 min I called back in 10 min & and said we are taking the truck Don replied it's all together meaning it had not been worked on which was just another deception to keep the truck in their shop I had a team in a motel for the week and loss of cross country load This is getting to be the strategy to promise timely service to get more trucks than can be properly serviced within a discussed and reasonable agreed upon time frame. If you're looking for the Worst Freightliner in the United States...look no further. These guys are the most crooked pieces of shits. They charged me close to 5k, didn't finish the job and it took them so long that I had to cancel my load. I had to go back 70miles because my coolant was leaking...they forgot to tighten up the bolts. They have a gated fence with cameras...told me that my trailer is going to be safe there. The next day, the chain that was holding my brand new tire was cut and my tire was stolen. Still to this day I'm calling and wanting them to see the video of who stole my tire...they're still telling me that they will call me back but no one does. I went to read some blogs on that place, and EVERYONE is saying that the Freightliner of Albuquerque is the worst place to get your truck fixed. STAY AWAY! read more

This dealership is so terrible. My truck was there 7 full days and the only thing it needed was 2 injectors and a injection harness. No parts whatsoever did they have. I might as well had a 1970 Diamond Reo because I could have gotten the parts about as quick. This lying, disorganized, useless piece of crap dealership is as bad as it gets. What took 7 days should have taken only 2 days tops. By the way, my truck is a 2012 Freightliner with a Detroit 60 series, a very,very, very common truck. When my truck was completely finished I checked it over and they had left a part off and it took them 1 1/2 hours to put a bracket on with one bolt. The people are friendly but that is the only good thing about this place - I have a 2016 M2 which is notorious for an inaccurate fuel gauge ( there is a service bulletin ) but was told that it is my imagination Both power window switch works intermittently ( doesn't work more than it does work ) they couldn't duplicate the problem ( also my imagination ) My rig sat in the parking lot " finished " for 1 1/2 hours but I had to speak to the General Manager & he had to get the service manager before I could get my rig back with on 50% of my problems repaired. They're just OK. They do very stupid things, like not update people and don't test drive anything before they let you have the truck. If they took more time diagnosing the problem and fixing it they'd have happier customers. Also HALF their yard seems to be filled with trucks/buses from the 70s or other oddities. If they want a better reputation they'd only service simi-trucks, not EVERYTHING ELSE and Freightliner trucks. This is one of the worst places to get stuck at. There is a lack of customer service and comunnication. It is also a waste if money you will leave being told the problem is fixed but then end up coming back with the same or new problem I was told my truck was a 9 hour job and they were going to get it done. So I sat and waited all day with no one giving updates no one knowing what was happening on our truck. I finally went out an hour before they closed to find no one at the desk to help me or check on it. I then proceeded to go into the shop to see my truck only to find out that the tech that was working in it left a while ago and it wasn't done. No one came in to tell me he wasn't finishing. When someone finally showed up at the desk he tells me I don't do updates til 45 minutes before we close. Then also gets mad at me for going to my truck to get stuff to go to the hotel. If they had someone that talked to customers and actually finished when they say they are going to this would be a better place. read more
