I was in a rush to resolve the window issue from afar while I was out of town, so I went with the…read morefirst business who answered my inquiry call. Sure, the service was efficient as suggested, but their business model is crooked and misleading. On the phone they said their diagnostic fee was $65, and if it was a simple issue with the power window slipping out of it's assembly, the fix would be quick and would apply against the diagnostic fee and cost nothing more. But if it's a regulator issue, she said, it would take longer. This language was rehearsed and deliberate and implied diagnostic fees applied toward repairs... Until they gave me a regulator diagnosis, with a repair cost of $315, and retained the diagnostic fee in top of that. Over $400 to fix my basic power window issue is lame enough, but crafting their misleading language to cover up an objectively money-grabbing business practice puts them on a par with the legendary charlatans of Brake Mastery. I will never go back here, nor recommend them to anyone else. Absolutely shameful.

During a cross-country road trip through Albuquerque, an ... enterprising .... fellow decided to…read morebreak the rear window in our SUV and help himself to a bag of dog food and dog treats. We were recommended to talk to Auto Glass and they were super helpful in working with our car manufacturer to figure out how to get a replacement window. Unfortunately it seemed getting the glass would take too long for the manufacturer (10-14 days!!!!) so we were instead routed to their service center in Dallas. Auto Glass - at no charge (!!!) - knocked out the remaining glass, cleaned out the trunk of all the loose glass shards and patched us up temporarily so we could drive the car. Absolutely wonderful people - thank you to Leonard especially for helping us out through a stressful situation!

I Waited three hours in the lobby because the new glass windshield was not the correct size, for my vehicle. The wait was not the issue here, after staying past there closing hours on the way home there was a lot of outside hair coming into my vehicle from the bottom of my windshield . I called the business the next day, I was told to bring my vehicle in again to see what the issue was. I took off work and went in again. I wanted to replace the glass because this is a hazard, they were not willing to do that. They globbed more black window glue from where the hole was and sent me on my way. On the way home again there was still wind and air coming in my vehicle. I called the business again and explained my concerns about the hazards, I was told to come in again and I took off work for the 2nd time to correct their mistake. Today after the service I see where they put a large amount black glue to cover up the hole from where the window was not installed properly again. The rain and water damage that is most likely in my vehicles dash and vents is going to cost more than what I saved coming here. I posted pictures of the amount of times I had to return along with their messy work. Under the plastics there is globs of black adhesive.
