My experience in one word: "mansplaining."…read more I've been driven by "customer service specialists" to such trembling anger only a handful of times. This place, and the staff therein, did it. I can't even begin to explain the indignity of having my concerns completely dismissed by the men at the counter who had not the time for my doubts. Or the absolute frustration of them not doing me the simple favor of double-checking the lot number of the dubious product they sat down before me. Or the outrage of being side-eyed and ignored by those same staff when I CAME BACK IN, indeed needing a different product than what they gave me (as I not too delicately tried to tell them before they'd already wasted an hour of my day). Or the boundless incredulity at their utter refusal to listen to my words even as I pointed at the clearly-marked product number on the thing and said "I need a 94R, this is a 96," but speaking over me to tell me that it was exactly a 94R. Oh, that's when the guy who previously ignored my second plea for assistance in order to do some very important cart pushing recognized the issue--dirty rotten stockers putting stuff on the wrong racks--and things began to very slowly become clear for all involved. No, I can't even begin to tell you. Instead I intend to tell their GM and/or regional office. Thanks for the big ol' 10% discount, gentlemen, and your laughing apology for your folly, but that in no way makes up for what is either an antiquated assumption about a woman's place in an auto parts store or else a general lack of decency in assisting customer concerns.

I am always greeted with a smile and have only had to wait on a part one time it was fast tho. The store is clean and since covid masks are required to go inside and all employees wear them and are behind a plexiglass thing. There was also hand sanitizer available.

Good and nice Employees but WORST MANAGING. Never been invited to a fight by big chain business…read moreMANAGER! Friday night 11/16/18 had a great experience in service by a young man named Francisco who did great helping me purchase parts as well as returning a bunch of parts my mechanic sent me to while he kept working. Next day Saturday 11/17/18 1:30pm I returned because the previous night I forgot some very important receipts so I spoke to the manager I believe his name is Scott Sims. Straight off the bat he said they throw everything away every night so no chance of finding it and it's all in the dumpster which i shouldn't go dive in for it otherwise cops will be called and I WON'T LIKE IT IF 'HE' goes back there. mind you I never mentioned anything about going to the dumpster. I just said ok & walked out. But had the idea if maybe I can talk to Francisco from the previous night hoping there might be a chance he knew the receipts were mine & probably put em somewhere & NOT thew them away. I walked in and an older Hispanic male (I didn't read his name tag) who seems to be "assistant manager" attended me as I asked for Francisco and he said Francisco is out on delivery & should be back in 15mins or so. So I waited and saw Scott Sims the manager take the older gentleman who spoke to me to the back and sounded like they were arguing and I heard profanity with a few F bombs and Scott the manager walked up to me mad telling me I'm wasting my time and if I want to wait outside I can but no chance I'll find the receipts, I interrupted him saying "woah calm down" -"Don't tell me to calm down!" I calmly explained what I was going to do and everyone there, employees AND customers are witnesses I never spoke disrespectfully or rose my voice or ever mentioned anything about jumping in the dumpster. He repeated "you're not gonna like if I go out there and you're in the dumpster (as he lowered his voice saying) and if you got some beef, we can go around the building where there no cameras and settle this." I was SHOCKED the MANAGER said this out f the blue and I looked around saying ...did anyone else heard that? the older gentleman was on my right the whole time & I asked "do you approve of this behavior?" he just shrugged. I said out loud I can't believe a MANAGER of a big established chain business could be so altering rude and unprofessional. You're gonna hear about this. and walked out. never going back.
