They drop the ball when it comes to the execution of basic banking concepts. The delays are unreal! I've been at the pinnacle of business in several major markets, both domestic and I internationally, and have lived in several states! They messed up my account and we're totally un concerned that it might affect me. Any solution I suggested they blocked. The quality of the telephone line was so bad that I couldn't even understand what the service rep was saying. And she mumbled as if she was talking in her sleep, which perhaps she was. I've had this problem with several branches so I don't think it's just one branch. Today I went to the CU ATM. I usually go to, and it wouldn't allow me to withdraw any money. I looked at my balances, and it said I had zero in my checking, which is absolutely untrue. When I went on the app, it showed me a healthy balance. Same thing with savings. Customer Service was awful. They offered no help except to go to a different ATM and that they hadn't any other reports of a problem so I guess that makes it my problem.

But then I tried to cash a check and they wanted to charge. That might be a thing, that you get charged for cashing a check from a person who wrote you a check from that bank, but you don't have an account there I would never do business like that. Similar to Wells Fargo. And if you know, Wells Fargo and first interstate bank and scamming people for money Come on this is a bank. You're supposed to be working with the local people. It is true they are a subsidiary of bank of Oklahoma BUT it appears they truly have local decision making abilities and they contribute to the local community in many ways (I asked today and they gave me a long list, which was pretty cool). I am super happy we joined this bank and the folks at the Central Ave location are wonderful.
