When I contacted them about this (the same day as service), I received no response for six weeks. Eventually, they pointed to a contract clause stating that water spots and swirls may still be visible. This is unacceptable, as paint correction is meant to *remove* these imperfections *before* coating. Their proposed 'solution' was inspecting the ceramic coat's performance, which doesn't address the core issue: the uncorrected paint. Very disappointed with the job service and non-existent customer support.

This location is in Kapolei and though the standard was is a bit pricier than some of the town location though the ultimate option is cheaper it does have its benefits here along with $2 discount on 8 gallons or more fill up this fill and shine spot is easy and fast as there's no line as each individual wash does take some time versus the drive thru the time saved makes it so worth it all. What is hard is there is about 8 vacuum stalls during peak hours. Customers either wiping down their cars with the free complimary cloth while waiting for those stalls to open up. The business limit vacuum use for 10 mins so can free up the stalls. You can purchase their microfiber cloth but I bring my Costco microfiber cloth to use. I like the Kapolei location as there are more vacuum/wipe stations available here due to being a bigger location. I'm glad that I have Waipio location which is closer to where I live. The cost for service is $20.94. Card payment only, do not think they accept cash but ask. They have membership option as well. I prefer to wash my car at least once a month if can.

While the initial setup was satisfactory, the service execution raised serious concerns. Due to limited availability, I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment on a Sunday. My vehicle is parked in direct sunlight, and I specifically asked the technician whether a canopy or shade solution would be used. I was told the vehicle would be washed in sections. However, time-stamped CCTV footage clearly shows that approximately three-quarters of the vehicle was wetted at once, and the work proceeded at an unreasonably slow pace under direct sun exposure. As expected under these conditions, the vehicle began drying prematurely, resulting in visible water spotting. Upon inspection, I immediately raised the issue and requested supervisor involvement. I explained that the vehicle had just undergone a ceramic coating reapplication and was free of any spotting prior to service. Despite this, the supervisor insisted the damage was pre-existing and proceeded to disparage the coating provider rather than address the service failure. It is fundamentally improper to wash a black, ceramic-coated vehicle in direct sunlight without adequate coverage or environmental controls. The resulting outcome was entirely preventable. I have retained a plethora of time-stamped video evidence documenting the condition of the vehicle before, during, and after the service, which directly contradicts the company's claims. This documentation has been shared with company leadership. This experience reflects a significant lack of professionalism, proper technique, and accountability. I am prepared to pursue further action if necessary.

As was already in the area the original plan was to fill up at nearby Costco though to my surprise the gas station was under construction and as I was low I decided to search for cheap gas and thought that this Shell station was it as it's right across from Kapolei Shopping Center. Very large and spacious and very easily accessible where I once was a regular at any Shell along with T-Mobile you'd get complimentary Gold Status and with sign up on your first fill up $.30 off gas that you're able to stack with other promotion. As I started my purchase there was question of if I wanted a car wash which was interesting as I didn't know they had one and it's right behind the Oil Changer along with entering your member number for additional discount is very handy and at $4.19 it's a pretty good deal to start. They also have trash and squeegee beside each pump a nice feature also that's not available at many stations. Great quality along with great deal to get me on my way with great perks. Thank you!
