We have had both of our family vehicles ceremic'd by Ryan. Just recently, we took one of them in for a touch up after one year - as he offers a 9-year warranty. We're very pleased with their quality of service and the ease of care the ceramic offers. We just spray with water in the early morning before the sun hits it, run a few microfiber towels over it to get the dirt off, then one wooly mammoth towel dries the whole car. Hit the wheels with some brushes & rinse with the garden hose. That's it- 15 minutes.

BEWARE!!! Driver…read morebeware when using Hui in Hawaii. Today, Oahu was under an extreme flash flood warning and Route 83 was completely shut down in both directions by the Honolulu Police Department due to unsafe conditions. We sat in standstill traffic for nearly two hours before officers forced everyone to turn around. We then had to drive completely around the island, sitting in another several hours of traffic just trying to safely get back to Waikiki. I contacted Hui immediately to explain the situation and ask for flexibility on our return time since this was clearly an emergency situation and completely outside of our control. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes to finally reach an agent, I was told that even a police-mandated road closure and severe flash flooding "is not their problem" and that I would still be charged additional fees if the car was returned late. Let that sink in. An active natural disaster, closed highways, and police forcing drivers to turn around apparently do not qualify for any level of customer accommodation. The lack of empathy and customer service was honestly shocking. Emergencies happen, especially in Hawaii where weather and road closures can change rapidly. Most reasonable companies understand that safety should come first. Hui apparently does not. If you choose to use this service while visiting Hawaii, just understand that if an act of God happens, you may still be fully on the hook financially no matter the circumstances.

It made me more nervous about shipping our Tesla especially since we weren't on mainland anymore. I contacted Coastal Auto Shipping after reading multiple reviews and thumbing through many different shippers profiles. Richard was so helpful, he asked a few questions via text and then helped me finish up by giving me a call. He answered quickly and I was never unable to reach him. There is a small time difference because we are on island time but that was never an issue and he was there for the entire process which made me feel better as well. My parents had our Tesla in Arizona and it was picked up from their house. They said the driver was helpful, quick and efficient. So easy! I was actually jealous that they had it so easy because when we dropped our Jeep off we were picking small hairs one by one out of a 2012 Jeep Jk just to drop it off. While it was free through the military, I will NEVER go through them again. We will be shipping our cars back through Coastal Auto Shipping. Our car got here in record time and faster than we expected which was a great surprise because sharing one car wasn't hard but wasn't all that convenient either.
