Even working with Enterprise Rental was great because they had a car there for me when I dropped my car off for service and I was able to leave the rental car then when I picked up my car. Everyone was very friendly and they followed up with me in a very timely manner. The whole process went very smoothly which was great since my work was needed due to an accident that wasn't my fault. It helped remove some of the stress of dealing with all of that! The only thing is the parking is a little crazy around the place, so be careful driving there or away from there because of the blind spots and the other vehicles leaving the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

It looks brand new!!" I will never go to anyone else!

That was my very luxury suv. The second time service was only mediocre. I don't know why the interior of a tacoma is considered large interior. The interior is the same size as a small car because half the vehicle is a truck bed. I wouldn't have minded the price except the interior was not all the way clean. I removed all my stuff from behind my rear seats only to find behind my seats still dirty after pick up. Also, my rear windows had finger prints on it. Maybe he was rushing because another customer called him trying to fit their car in. He was done with my car in about an hour and a half. Anyways, based on the 2 times I have visited this business... the average stars is 3.

I gave them a call and was able to come right in. I hopped in the car and rolled on my donut to Wahiawa. I tried to buy all 4 new tires but was told I have at least another good year on the other 3 (saving me $$$) - top notch customer service from all - ADA compliant (MAJOR points for this one) - massive waiting (stroller and wheelchair friendly) area with water, multiple couches, outlets for to charge my dying phone, and toys for the little ones - I was charged LESS than my original quote (saving $$$ again ya'll) Their name says it all people!
