Weekends are busy for him but he had a helper show up just after lunchtime on a Friday and that person worked till nearly 800 pm that night! Washington oversaw the work and probably spent over 3 hours himself. At first I thought it was a bit pricey for an interior clean and detailing, and an exterior wash, including cleaning off the engine a bit, but after considering the total number of hours they put in, I think they certainly earned their money and did a great job. Very satisfied with the cleaning, and attention to details. Even my domestic inspector (wife ;) was impressed. When I contacted them about this (the same day as service), I received no response for six weeks. Eventually, they pointed to a contract clause stating that water spots and swirls may still be visible. This is unacceptable, as paint correction is meant to *remove* these imperfections *before* coating. Their proposed 'solution' was inspecting the ceramic coat's performance, which doesn't address the core issue: the uncorrected paint. Very disappointed with the job service and non-existent customer support.
