(Note to you, if you ever find a place selling it to you more than for 6 Euros, they are really full of it.) So, there were a few options which I have never seen before for the famous basic sandwich, including vegetarian (not sure how that works...), all under 6 Euros I believe. I had the chevere, which meant goat cheese on top of the basic sandwich, served with a side salad with a light vinaigrette. De-lish. Top class, somehow almost gourmet, concluding that I would go back for it. and that's saying a lot. Milk was burnt milk ice cream with cardamom, dried barberry, Beetroot granule, peanut cream, roasted milk, Amaranth cress and crispy oat.
