yeah, cafe pierre is nice, I am sure its gonna be really really nice in the summer when you can sit outside. the location is really cool as its a corner house with nice big ceilings. we went there for the weekend brunch, and I gotta say that the brunch buffet was probably one of the best I have been to so far. I was also pleasently surprised that they picked up the phone at 9:45 in order for me to book a table (they open at 10am on Saturdays) and were really nice on the phone. however, when I walked in with my dog (and shes a cute little one) they didn't look too pleased and also seemed a bit surprised that I booked a table. Nevertheless, we got a table, but it took around 10 minutes for the server to arrive to ask for our order and another 10 minutes for a cappuccino to arrive. the chiches, the scrambled eggs and the potatoe gratin were absolutely fab, however, the bread was soooooo disappointing,... not baked long enough and really really dense. also the athmosphere is lacking a bit of flair, so hence only 3 *. read more
