It's within the Johns Hopkins college campus & a neighborhood, so parking is really horrible. I ended up parking in a non spot and putting my hazards on. It's a cute little, but spacious place located next to an airport building. It's on the corner and has a nice little outside seating area with about 5 tables. Inside is bigger than it looks and has a nice amount of seating as well. Since my time was limited, I didn't really get to explore the menu like I wanted, so I ordered a hazelnut latte and a ham & cheese croissant. Their croissants looked so good, I wanted one of each. They also had several toasts on their menu. I'll have to go back for sure! Th service was regular, you order, they tell you how much you owe and you pay. I got in my car and couldn't wait. My first bite was like a bite into heaven. Every bite was the same way, so delicious & delicate. I wish I had two. The latte was perfect, just the right amount of hazelnut. Kanom Cafe is a must try!

The space is bright and simple, perfect for getting a study session in. The pastries looked so good I had to grab one. I was instantly drawn towards the garlic cream cheese bun because not a lot of places sell that and it's one of my favorites. This one did not disappoint. It was creamy, sweet, garlicky, and soft. The worker offered to warm it up for me since I was sitting inside and that made it 10x better. I'll definitely be back to try their coffee and for more delicious treats!

I've gotten pain au chocolat, regular croissant, apple turnover, fruit tart, and more. Their croissants are my favorite--flaky but not too oily. The fruit tart could be a smidge sweeter. I've gone twice and the workers here were nice both times! Metered street parking in the area.

The space itself is very tiny. There are two tables and while I sat for a while to work and another person was sitting there on a work call, it didn't feel like the space was actually meant for people to sit and enjoy. It is definitely more of a grab-and-go place, and I think maybe why people feel put off by the "welcome" they received. I went in wanting a tart and a space to sit during a rainstorm, and that's what I got.

Best deviled eggs Ive ever had. I don't even like home fries but the flavor was perfect. Snickerdoodle iced coffee and the ginger tea was also soo good but VERY sweet. Service was good and owner was very nice. Only taking one star because of the size of the cafe itself and they don't serve brunch cocktails- i like a mimosa with brunch personally. Not your typical lively brunch spot- very low key. Definitely worth a visit. They also sell sauces, sweet treats, candles and other cute stuff.

It was good and smooth with no clumps, though I wish the matcha was a little stronger. I was a little disappointed to see them pour the matcha from a pre-made pitcher (my fave coffee shop whisks matcha per order), but I am still glad there were no clumps. The menu was a little confusing, too. The mango matcha was listed as "all $6", so I was assuming it would be one size, but the cashier asked if I wanted a small ($6) or large ($7).

The music playing was great, not overtly loud but soft. I visited on a Hump Day morning around 9am and there was no line. I went up to order and asked the cashier what's popular. He said they are known for lattes and rattled off a few. I opted to get the Toasted Marshmallow hot latte with whole milk. I would said it was ok, I couldn't taste the toasted marshmallow flavor at all. I also ordered the bacon/Swiss swirl which was yummy once I warmed it in the microwave at home. 3 stars for me because of the latte but I'm willing to revisit to try other flavors. Not sure if there's a reward program but I'll be interested in joining.

Like maybe order something you can eat on the go tbh. I ordered a strawberry croffle and a strawberry matcha tea latte. I crushed both of them because it was delicious. The whipped topping on the croffle wasn't thick and grainy or too light to where it instantly melted. It kept a shape while being light and fluffy and not overly sweet. The strawberry matcha latte also was pretty good. All in all I'd recommend this spot to anyone walking around the neighborhood and indulging in some shopping in the area.
