This Kosher bakery is located on Reisterstown Road in a shopping center next to La Union Market, across road from Giant grocery. No handicapped parking in front but the store is accessible without stairs. Service is friendly, the coffee is hot, and the stocked bread is being made fresh daily. There are no spots to eat inside. Several cases display cakes, mousse, breads, cookies, muffins and danish, and there is a separate gluten free fridge (although I did not ask about their cross contamination practices). There was rugelach and hamantaschen of many different varieties. I did see a small number of products labeled sugar free, but it's unclear if that was picked over by the time I arrived (Sunday at 8am). While parking can be tricky and limited, service is quick and you are in an out fast. This allows you to try and eat your baked goods quickly and in a timely manner. We bought their Meltaway Babka from Giant Food. It was overly dry and the taste of chocolate was off ... would not retry it. Wish they had a better mix of assorted cookies in their packs at the Giant - more chocolate chip cookies and toss in a few chocolate topped cookies too. Drop those multi-colotred sprinkles all over. read more

Eclair The chocolate on top was a nice fudge like consistency to the touch. The eclair dough was super hard. The cream filling tasted like instant pudding. The only thing I tasted was the pudding since that was on the inside and not subject to the mishandled glove practices. Muffins I don't even remember the flavors I bought, that should tell you something. The one muffin I tasted was extremely dry. The other I threw away, again, because of the glove practices. Hygiene The person behind the counter was wearing a glove to handle food of the person before me. However she had no concept of good food handling hygiene while wearing the singular glove. I observed her handle the register, locked the front doors, closed the blinds all while wearing the food handling glove. I politely asked her to change the glove before my order, which she did. After putting on the new glove she used that hand to grab the bag, ‍ then gather the food items, then again touched the register with the gloved hand. She had a whole other hand that wasn't gloved which I get was supposed to be the hand she did all the "dirty" handling with, however, that wasn't the case. I went here about 4 times the 1st 2 times was ok the last 2 times was horrible but they say if u like keep going until they screw up & it happened 3rd time I got a pound cake that was so stale that my dog wouldn't eat it paid $8 4 that 4th time I got snicker doodle cookies & I got some jelly filled cookies left ate 1 cookies new they was stale took them back they apologized & refunded my card which was a lie I looked 4 that money 4 15 days it nvr came had 2 go back again it was horrible experience I will nvr go there again but its mainly a Jewish bakery ran but Mexican or Spanish the girls r some what but they be on some slick stuff but they won't get my money again very disappointed read more

When I walked in, the smell hit me first. The colors of all the baked goods was enticing. It is a small space and they were only allowing a certain amount of people in there. The employees were very helpful and I was able to get my baked goods very quickly. I preordered and paid for individual pastries and goodies ahead of time. The danish bread itself was perfectly baked and soft. I had the lemon filling and it was a little too sweet for me. Overall, I think the quality is there and I'd go back there again. read more

I was looking for a bakery that sold fresh black and white cookies and after researching a few places in and around Baltimore, I decided to come here first after reviewing the history of this bakery. It's been apart of Baltimore practically forever and even has a sister location in Israel which I thought was very cool. Anyways, I showed up here on a Friday morning and received a warm welcome and friendly conversation while my cookies were being boxed. The cookies itself were super fresh and extremely delicious. They do sell the mini b&w cookie as well as the large b&w cookies which was available individually wrapped next to the register. Let me start out by saying, I'm so glad I don't work at a bakery or I'd probably eat all the profits! ;) Jokes aside...Pariser's has some of the best kosher baked goods in Baltimore, hands down. I stopped in just to pick up an apricot danish (though they have a ton of other flavors) for my early AM ride to the airport, and it was fantastic! There's plenty of other cookies, cakes, pastries, donuts, and more which all looked amazing. The lady who rang me up was polite and helpful. By far the best kosher bakery amongst the 3 on this main road. Their blueberry danish are something else in its own right. Eclairs areyummy. Still have yet to try their cannolis and carrot cake but Im sure its just as good. Lost 1 star because morning crew has no customer service skills other than take order take money. My husband and I are NY NJ transplants. We know italian bakeries and Jewish bakeries. This place is ok. The doughnuts are dry, and a lot of their items are pre filled (ex cannoli should be stuffed to order). This place has a lot of good reviews but we weren't impressed. read more

Pariser's is pretty much what you expect of a kosher bakery. You can get a good challah here and several other varieties of breads. There are the usual cookings, a few danish, some fancy pastries like Napoleans (all of which are excessively sweet), cakes, rugallah, and other miscellaneous offerings. I never understood why kosher bakeries do not make more delicious pastries, such as you might find in a French bakery, but Pariser's is right in line with what I have become used to. read more

I just learned about this bakery when my sister bought a cookie assortment from my local Silver Spring, MD Giant grocery. The cookies were very good with great flavor and slight crispiness that is great for sugar cookies. The decorations were very nice and the sweetness was just right! This past week my son participated in a basketball tournament in Maryland (we live in NJ). One of the days happened to be his 17th birthday. I wanted to have something delivered to the school where he was playing for he and his teammates to mark his birthday. The first kosher bakery I called couldn't be bothered. When I called Parisers, a lovely girl named Ariana helped me. I ordered a platter of cookies which they delivered happily. My son said the cookies were delicious and after a few minutes not even one was left! I can't tell you how much I appreciated their kindness from a distance. Went to this bakery due to the fact that they offer a wide array of sugar free goodies for our charity event involving diabetic patients. We were very excited about the sugar free pies and cookies that we purchased however, when we got to our event we saw that we were given a non-sugar free Boston Cream pie and broken cookies. The total cost of our "sugar free" desserts was $80... For $80, I'd expect to have my order correct and to not receive a box of crumbs. Motti of Pariser's Bakery was one of our favorite wedding vendors we got to meet and know. His advice and frankness really allowed us to think hard about what was important to us for our wedding. Originally, we thought let's have five different flavors of cupcakes so there's a variety for people to eat, but he shared his experience with us about when certain flavors run out, guests become unpleased that they didn't get the specific flavor cupcake they wanted, which results in having a ton of leftovers and unhappy wedding guests. So, we listened and decided on chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. They turned out amazing, and everyone enjoyed them! We didn't have any leftovers. It was a pleasure working with Pariser's Bakery! Pariser's Bakery is as close as you can get in 2011 to what Silber's Bakery used to be in Baltimore back in the 1960's. It is a Kosher bakery, and their challah is as good as it gets. Kids love Pariser's adorable and delicious decorated party cupcakes (lions, elephants, bears, dogs, etc.). Be sure to get a pound of their wonderful cookies (black and white, rainbow, and chocolate chip are some of their best). All of their layer cakes are delicious. Finally, their chocolate babka is as wonderful as you would find in top NYC bakeries. I hope Pariser's is around forever! read more
