This review is for the "other half" of the shop: Crepe Lean Kabob. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Literally the worst food I've ever paid for, worst attitude, just terrible. Dry, overcooked food with a very distinctly odd/not good taste - as in, my 7 year old grandson said "This chicken tastes weird." This very cute and quaint crepe and icecream shop here in Pratt Street Pavilion of the Baltimore Inner Harbor is SOOOO WONDERFUL! What drew me in was the smell of the warm fresh made crepes but I decided to give my diet a break and opted for a small butter pecan icecream. Great decision! The crêpes were very good and the ingredients were fresh. They were a good size and easily filled you up for a meal. The prices were very inexpensive. The service was great. I would not go here for crepes! The girl behind the counter seemed very unhappy and charged us for 3 crepes instead of 2. They were out of most of the fountain drinks and cans of coke. The man who took our order wasn't mean but seemed very confused. He kept reading the menu and had to redo the crepes at least 4 times. When I told him mine had Chicken he put these big chunks of cold chicken on it and folded it up. Just as a crepe should be: high in calories yet so worth it. So good, but probably so bad for you. I can't resist crepes. They fill this hole in my stomach only gooey, melty goodness can fill. My aunt and I decided to stop here after our lunch late afternoon on a Saturday. We were about to go to the Cheesecake Factory for dessert, but we both saw this place and knew we had to change plans. There was a lone worker with no customers in sight; I'm sure they don't get many tourists around the harbor in winter. They had a good amount of options, both savory and sweet, but our eyes were only on the dessert list. I was tempted to get my typical strawberries and Nutella, but I decided to go out of my comfort zone and get the dulce de leche (caramel) with bananas for $6.50. My aunt ordered the ricotta, apples and cinnamon for $6. He made the crepe fresh in front of us on a typical crepe griddle. It was neat to watch. The worker was very friendly and attentive. Once each of our crepes were assembled he decked them all out (of course making them even more unhealthy) with powered sugar, whip cream and chocolate sauce (for mine)/ caramel sauce (for my aunt's). Mine was huge; it probably had an entire banana and combined with the copious amount of rich caramel it was very filling. I can only imagine the calories. Although, the high calorie intake and the food baby was well worth it and it definitely satisfied my sweet tooth to say the least. At least I had fruit! My aunt wished her apples were cooked but it didn't stop her from eating the entire thing (I can't say much: I ate all of mine too ). Overall, the fruit was fresh, there was a good balance between the ingredients and the prices were reasonable. If you're looking to satisfy your crepe craving, this is your place. read more

Had a horrible experience with my friend. The ice cream looked so good, but the toppings were stale. When I told them this, they said they would replace the topping. Stopped here for breakfast and it was awesome! As soon as we turned the corner, we could smell the delicious smell of fresh crepes and fresh ingredients. I had a chicken, cheese, hot sauce crepe and the wife had a banana, strawberry, chocolate sauce crepe. Both were amazingly fresh and tasted great. My family and I were walking along the harbor and had found a sign to the place outside. My son has celiac so when I saw the sign that had a big logo that said gluten free, I was excited. We walked in to see another big sign that said gluten free. I walked up to the guy to ask what gluten free options he had, he said they had none. We then asked about funnel cakes and snow cones, he said they don't have any. At this point we were just frustrated because all the items promised on the menu weren't there. I thought this place was good but did not think it deserved the 4.5 stars it got. I feel like it got that rating because there isn't any other crepe place in the area. My friend and I got a Nutella, banana, and coconut crepe. It was good because all of those things are good together. The batter for the crepe was too soft and could've been on the hot plate a few minutes longer. But other than that, the bananas seemed fresh and everything else was fine.
