Crema is both a sit down breakfast place with 180 degree beautiful floor to ceiling views of the ocean as well as has a walk up and order food to go with small side seating area. Menu is limited but curated with more savory and salad options available after 11am. It was perfect for a leisurely coffee and sandwich while enjoying a view of the water's edge. Service was attentive as well once seated.

Sparkling OJ- wasn't aware that it was going to be sparkling.

A Friday morning visit around 8am The view here is really nice and I loved the vibe with all the plants--it's a cool. It did get pretty loud pretty quickly once more people started coming in, though. The menu is simple and easy to look through. Drinks: I ordered an orange juice and didn't realize it was sparkling--not really what I was expecting, especially for $8. I also got the Nightshift brewed coffee, which was just okay. It's supposed to come with free refills, but our server never came back after taking our order, so that didn't end up happening. $7 for the coffee. Food: Both dishes were $15 each. The veggie frita was just alright (2/5). It had good chunks of potato, spinach, and egg, and I liked that I could swap the salad for fruit. But it was pretty burnt on the top and bottom, missing peppers, and overall just kind of bland. The chili verde burrito was also a 2/5. It was a good size with big chunks of meat and plenty of eggs, but it really lacked flavor and spice. It tasted a little better after adding salsa and hot sauce. Service: There were a lot of staff walking around, but not many actually checking in. Our server took our order and didn't come back--I had to ask someone else just to get the check. Experience with our server could have been more positive and inviting to encourage us to come back. Received no thank you for coming or notification that we left. Overall: We'll probably stick with our usual breakfast spots for now. Maybe it'll improve once they get their liquor license.

As a local my first time here and I love it. The setting is so inviting and full of life. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into everything. Had an oat milk latte and lemon scone... both sooooo good. Scone was surprisingly buttery and great texture. I sat near the bar but there's lots of different places to sit inside and out. They even offer table service.. I ordered at the counter. On a Saturday around noon was about a 10 min wait. Staff was friendly and helpful. Look forward to coming back again soon!

Crema is back! Oh how I've missed this place and it's yummy lattes and breakfast burritos. Life has not been the same without you Crema. The new place was very well thought out and service was quick. Food is still amazing, got the avacado toast and the veggie frittata, amazing. The great white was smooth and not as sweet as I had thought. Location is perfect. So happy for Crema and its owners.

Brilliant new multi-use concept in an absolutely epic location by Tamie Aceves and her incredible Crema team. There really isn't another venue in the area that captures such a stunning, effortless vibe. The setting alone is enough to win you over--the misty saline ocean air, the world class Monterey Bay scenery, the comfortable yet masterfully designed atmosphere--it's all already intoxicating. Honestly, you could serve peanut butter and jelly sandwiches here and they'd feel like a five-star experience. But what makes it truly special is that the food actually lives up to the setting. The menu is fresh, thoughtful, and executed with care. Pair that with a team that's attentive, energetic, and clearly dialed in--moving like a well-orchestrated hive--and the whole experience just clicks. This place isn't just good--it's memorable. A total standout.

My first time visiting the new location, and the view is stunning. I ordered the avocado toast and the blueberry matcha. The avocado toast was really good, but the matcha didn't taste like blueberry at all, and at $9 it felt pretty overpriced for what it was. They do have pebble ice though, which is my favorite kind of ice. The staff was nice, but since it's a new place, I wish there had been someone at the door directing traffic. No one really seemed to know where to go or which line to stand in for dining in versus takeout. I loved the outdoor seating and could definitely see myself sitting out there with a coffee next time.

Delicious food with an incredible view!!! We went for a late breakfast and had no issue being seated and served quickly. One person in our party had some severe dietary restrictions, and the staff was super accommodating with us to work around that! Would absolutely recommend this place!

Went to crema for the first time this morning and overall an amazing experience for me. I love that there are different areas to enjoy your meal, coffee, pastry or just relax! Outside, inside, a bar area, it's an amazing variety. My iced vanilla latte was one of the best I've ever had, and the veggie Breaktfast burrito was very flavorful. So glad I got to try this place, can't wait to go back! Highly recommend.

We had a great dining experience at Crema, with the BLT and smoked salmon plate being particularly enjoyable. The ambiance, view, and music were all very nice. On a separate note, to the person who posted the picture with the spider, it's worth noting that our coastal area's lush greenery and wildlife mean that some eight-legged creatures are inevitable. It's all part of the charm, right? Perhaps you're just spinning a different kind of web - one of jealousy? I wish Crema continued success and a thriving business in Pacific Grove, attracting many happy customers!

stars for the friendly staff! shout out to chealsea and The ambiance is so welcoming and the decor is great. Plus, there's an amazing view of the sunrise and Lovers Point Park. They just opened this month. We're staying across the street and popped in for coffee. We only had coffee and pastries, but we'll definitely be back for breakfast! They have plenty of parking space too!

I can start off by saying that the food was delicious. I've been there a few times now since they opened since it's a nice way to start my day with beautiful views and great spot to lounge while I drink my coffee. The servers were also all so friendly and helpful and inviting. The last time I was there Ana was my server and she took great care of me. I absolutely recommend this place and will be making it part of my morning routine.

I had a pizza with non-dairy cheese. The crust was outstanding, with a great chew, just-right char, some of the better thin-crust pizza I've had. My one constructive suggestion is they could up their non-dairy cheese game. The binders in standard non-dairy cheese have a subpar texture when they melt. Miyoko's makes a fabulous cashew-based mozzarella pizza cheese that eschews binders and is a dense liquid rather than solid, and it's a remarkably good substitute for real mozzarella di bufala. Local chain Pizza My Heart uses it, and I wish more restaurants did, and I'm on a one-man mission to nudge them to at least consider it. But either way, I'll be back, as the Terminator famously said.

The service was great, you order and pay at the bar before the food is brought to you. The pizzas did take a bit to come out, but when they did, they were amazing! The legend pizza was delicious, with a tasty hot honey flavor. We paired this with the homemade ranch, which was okay -- it kind of reminded us of sour cream. The crust was also a bit flimsy by the time we got to the last piece. The pesto artichoke pizza was our favorite, so refreshing and flavorful! The lemon on it was great without being overpowering. My boyfriend also looooved his beer, the PG Passion Sour! Definitely recommend for anyone in the area!!

Recommend doing the $15 mini golf, which is the mini courses on the main floor and it's a lot more lively here. The bottom floor is where the bathrooms and real golf courses are, but it's a lot more secluded. The real heartbreak came when we realized the kitchen closed at 9pm, but the bartenders were really helpful when it came to us ordering sweeter choices of cocktails and letting us know about the difference between the mini / regular courses. They also gave us recs on what was open late at night. Their cocktails were yummy and tasted like described on the menu! The John Daly tasted more sweeter than I anticipated as it came with simple syrup, vodka, and lemon juice. Both were still great choices. We love a lil bev to sip onnnnn. What a great spot for live music!…read more It's comfortable and spacious and has a lot of people-watching potential, which can be a downside because there are a lot of passersby, including screaming kids. But it's an intimate venue that also actually has a lot of space. High top tables near the bar, for a chic city feel and then a couple of sofas near the music. I always try to grab a seat by the stairs, and they staff accomodates me if I need them to help me snag it (because in a wheelchair I can't sit at the high tables and the sofa area is often full). That's great service for you. I came in late Dec. for a favorite local act (check out Mark Banks if you have the chance, soulful yet modern). The bartender told me they don't have coffee and that I'd have to go downstairs. I looked as disappointed as I could, and he offered to go down for me. I left him a big tip for doing that but when I returned a few weeks later for the NYE live music, I went downstairs to grab my own coffee this time. I asked them if I could take it upstairs to the music and they said they serve coffee up there now, they have an espresso machine. I wonder how that transpired. If it's from the employee suggesting improvements, that's amazing. I had a dessert the first time and a cheeseplate the second time. The cheeseplate is a great value. Good service, cozy atmosphere, live local talent = new fave spot. Btw, they have some of the same menu items as Schooners, like the Angry Prawns, etc. So non-drinkers have options here.
