    Happy decor.

Tipsy Putt is that kind of place that is underrated and shouldn't be. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great location....[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great service...... The mini Queso-Birria Tacos- WOW! So good! The chicken sandwich was a great choice, too! Plenty of beer selection. Yes, vodka too. Oh, the St. Paddy's Jell-O shot was heavy-good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place looks small from the outside but it's the inside that will get your attention.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In a town like Monterey where there are an abundant amount of choices to eat and drink; Tipsy Putt should never be disqualified. Alexis, she had the best attitude and personality to do the job. She was playing the best music from her own Spotify and it was on point. Sure, they forgot to bring our fries with the sandwich but this is an easy fix. The attitude no one can ever fix. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A super spotless and clean establishment. Yes, this includes the bathrooms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]No one should get bored at The Tipsy Putt. It's a vibe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If we ever come back to Monterey and hope to do so; Tipsy Putt, YOU'RE IT! Let's get ready for summer yall!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're looking for a fun, family friendly indoor activity, Tipsy Putt is the place to be![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tipsy Putt is located in the heart of downtown Monterey and is the perfect spot for a night out![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The downstairs has a unique (though slightly smaller than average) mini golf course.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's a bigger bar upstairs and a mini bar downstairs with a nice selection of seltzers and drinks. Since it's a pretty popular spot, it can get packed on the weekends so expect a bit of a wait! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, it can very hot downstairs, so I'd recommend wearing something light and comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have a decent selection of drinks and food available, with plenty of seating including an outdoor patio. Can't wait to visit again soon!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Came here for a friend's birthday weekend and had such a fun time despite it not being super crowded at night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Recommend doing the $15 mini golf, which is the mini courses on the main floor and it's a lot more lively here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bottom floor is where the bathrooms and real golf courses are, but it's a lot more secluded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The real heartbreak came when we realized the kitchen closed at 9pm, but the bartenders were really helpful when it came to us ordering sweeter choices of cocktails and letting us know about the difference between the mini / regular courses. They also gave us recs on what was open late at night. Their cocktails were yummy and tasted like described on the menu! The John Daly tasted more sweeter than I anticipated as it came with simple syrup, vodka, and lemon juice. Both were still great choices. We love a lil bev to sip onnnnn. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also liked how this place had their own photobooth and outdoor seating with couches and a fireplace.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun place to go to with a large group.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Love coming here for Trivia Wednesdays and Taco Tuesdays!! Their Taco Tuesday is 3 for $10 and that's actually a pretty good deal for Monterey, especially for ones that taste pretty good! Definitely would recommend the carnitas tacos!

Decent spot where you can play mini golf downstairs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Layout of the restaurant is kinda confusing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You order at the counter and then pick up your food on the other side of the kitchen window. We grabbed a table thinking we can order from the QR code but that was not the case. Wished they would have provided menus beforehand or at least on the big monitor so you don't wait in line not knowing what to order. Wait was pretty long too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is great for groups and entertainment tho.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of tv to watch on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went on a date here and we ordered drinks and food only. I got the Chicken sandwich and he got the Smash burger. Both came with fries and the buttermilk ranch was really good! Fries were ok.

Ordered the mini quesa birria, the big birdie , hamburger. Service was quick and we came right on time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]For a Wednesday it started to get busy ![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music was a bit all over the place lol. But overall great music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The fries that came along with the burgers were salty. The big birdie , I felt was missing something.

Had such a fun time at Tipsy Putt in Monterey! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a great spot if you're looking for something casual, fun, and different to do.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe was really good, with a fun atmosphere that's perfect for hanging out, having drinks, and enjoying some friendly competition.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a great place for a date night, group outing, or just something fun to do while in Monterey.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely would go back!

The food was a solid 7.5/10 The service is 8/10. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's definitely a pub ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The cocktails can use more alcohol, they tasted like juice. The Mexican candy shots also weren't that strong either. The beers are definitely a go to if you want to get TIPSSYYY

My wife and I were looking for a place near the aquarium for lunch that could appease both us and our 3 kids. We remembered coming here years ago on our last visit, but I believe it was a different business. Honestly, I think this concept is so great that I'm shocked it hasn't caught on more. The restaurant is both a tap room, restaurant, and mini golf place. Downstairs they have a small mini golf course and on the main floor they have another type of mini golf I'm not too familiar with. I think it's more about you rolling a ball across a table top mini golf course. It looked fun, but unfortunately we just didn't have the time to play. Something to look forward to next time! When we came in, we were instantly greeted by the man working behind the bar. He ushered us over and happily helped us place our lunch orders. The menu is your standard bar fair. Our kids went with the kids corn dogs & Mac & cheese, I went with a burrito, and my wife a salad. Once our food was ready, we all gobbled everything up. My kids loved their food, my wife said the salad was fine. Nothing amazing, but still hit the spot. My burrito, once you got through the heavy use of rice, was tasty & the meat flavorful. If they had cut the rice volume down by about 1/3 it would've been top notch. In all, we're glad we opted out of eating in the aquarium and stumbled upon this restaurant. We had a great time and our only real disappointment was that we didn't have the time to play some golf while we were there. Like I said above, I guess we now have something to look forward to the next time we're here.

    Crow & Wolf's Dark Horse seltzer 10/10!

Great place to meet up with friends. Chill and laid back. We ordered drinks played a quick round of miniature golf and I lost horribly. All drinks are served off the taps, there is a very small assortment of liquor but it got the job done lol. We ordered Birria fries and the pretzels with cheese. The cheese had good flavor but too thin for my dipping cheese preference. The Birria fries were good. The meat was flavorful just not enough of it. The outside ambience I where it's at! The tables with propane fire pits and all sorts of games. It was nice! We would definitely go back and try more snacks.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun little spot![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They had hard cider in addition to beers. The tacos were delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We didn't get to doing the golf due to having our toddler with us-but it would have been fun![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a little Photo Booth.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Friendly staff!

Stopped here based on good reviews, but the experience was just okay. There was no wait (only two other families dining), yet the food took longer than expected--partly because my buzzer died. I ordered a Mexican chopped salad with chicken ($18) but received a Caesar salad instead (as pictured). My daughter's smash burger with bacon and avocado ($23) was good, and the drinks were fine.

Recommend doing the $15 mini golf, which is the mini courses on the main floor and it's a lot more lively here.

I was so thrilled to check this pub out especially with our doggie, Meatball the Bulldog! How perfect right? A Bulldog at The Bulldog Sports Pub. We snagged the last available booth, and it had crumbs on there. Not clean. SMH. I went to the bar to order some drinks for my boyfriend and me since he left his wallet in the car. It was raining that night, and we parked several blocks away. The service was okay. I remember the guy bartender said $29something, but then he charged me $30something. I got the Jalapeno Margarita while my boyfriend had the Tito's Mule. My drink was very sweet with a kick of jalapeno while his was pretty good. They had music playing. It seems that there is a modern jukebox where you can pay to pick a song. There was one pool table for people to play. So many people came up to pet Meatball and give him so much attention. He absolutely loved it! There was one guy who asked if he can say "Hi" to Meatball, and we said that it was okay like we normally do. This weirdo was basically making out with Meatball; not cool at all man. Then Meatball flipped on his back, and he was holding Meatball. My boyfriend told him to let go of Meatball. It was such an uncomfortable interaction. Not normal at all. He even said, "This is my NYE kiss!" SMDH. The guy sat down at a table that is across from us, and he kept looking at us. We quickly finished our drinks, and then we left to ring in the new year at our hotel lobby instead. We should have just hung out in our hotel lobby instead of going out; it was much better there.

Our waitress Rachel was great and took good care of us. We ordered the French dip (added Swiss, onions, and mushrooms) solid sandwich, though it could've used a touch more salt. The real star though, was the fish and chips. Genuinely some of the best I've ever had. Lightly battered, flaky, perfectly cooked. The vibe lands in that sweet spot of upscale casual without crossing into fine dining, comfortable but elevated. Highly recommend if you're passing through Carmel. We'll definitely be back.

The fish and chips is the ultimate meal. The burger was savory, soft and creamy just he right amount. It perfectly paired with the Talbott pinot noir they recommended. The only comment is make is the amount of French fries that were served with the burger. The plate was a lot larger looking because a sparse amount of fries was served alongside. Maybe add a little more next time just to balance it off. The servers/bartenders knew their stuff. They provided what they could in terms of what was popular and well liked. They said both items we ordered were the most popular. The fish and chips have won best fish and chips 3 years in a row. I would agree with this since I usually am not wowed with this dish. I couldn't resist ordering a dessert. The applied tart with vanilla ice cream was so satisfying. Overall service, food quality and experience was very good. If return over and over again for this same food and experience. If I could give 10 stars I would. Carmel and Brody's is a new destination.
