From the start, Jacob, the owner, made a strong impression. During our first meeting, he assured us that his team would stay on the project until we were completely satisfied--and he delivered on that promise. Like any major renovation, there were some hiccups and areas of concern along the way, but Jacob ensured every issue was addressed to our satisfaction. One standout feature of Creekside Pro Construction is that they provided a designer, Noa, to guide us through the process. Since we didn't have much experience picking materials, the designer took us to several showrooms to help us choose tiles, grout, vanities, and shower sets. She also created a 3D model of our bathrooms using the selected materials, giving us a vision of the finished project before the work even began. This part of the experience was smooth and enjoyable. That said, some organizational issues caused frustration. Our project manager, Nawaz, often forgot vital details, including my wife's name, despite meeting her almost daily. We frequently reminded him about outstanding tasks to ensure they were completed. Scheduling was also a challenge--plans often changed with little notice, and the project timeline ended up being almost twice as long as initially estimated. Despite these challenges, Jacob's dedication to customer satisfaction made all the difference. He went above and beyond, including doing extra work that wasn't in the original contract, without charging us any additional fees beyond what was agreed upon. We used Creekside pro construction for our guest bathroom remodel back in September 2021. Tom vezun was our project manager. I do want to note this was our first interior renovation project so we were a little nervous as we just didn't know what to expect. From start to finish the communication was always on point and we truly loved working with everyone on the team. We first spoke with Keran who set up our initial meeting etc Keran was always super nice and quick to respond. Then we later met Tom who discussed the project more in detail who was also amazing! Once we finalized everything we were pretty much set with our materials however I did appreciate meeting Chelly on their design team she was super sweet and was just as excited as I was! I honestly had a lot of the materials already I love home design so she said it made her job easier! Juan was the main person working on everything within the remodel and he was always on time, personable and nice plus his work is truly AMAZING! We love our guest bathroom SO MUCH! I was supposed to write this review ages ago but we have been too busy enjoying it! I interviewed Barak and accepted the bid for my bath renovation. Two weeks ago the bath renovation began. Four crew members entered my home and prepared my house by covering floors and walls. They demolished the bath in less than a day and removed all debris, then they began the new work. They arrived each day on time and we're always courteous and considerate. The inspections were timely and jobs were given the ok. I had use of my toilet most of the time and that was very helpful. Jimmy came by routinely and managed the job for quality. Barak also came by routinely and checked on progress of job. The bath was completed and inspected in a little less that two weeks. All materials were removed and site was cleaned. I am very pleased with the outcome and love the beauty of my new bath. Creekside Pro Construction has been a pleasure to work with. Working with Creekside pro construction was amazing. They did a lot of work on my house and we're here for several months. They were very professional every step along the way. The construction workers taped off the entire the area they were working on they kept everything real clean. The construction guys were true craftsman's. The project manager. The entire team at Creekside from the time I filled out a request till months after the job was finished and I found some other little issues that needed to be repaired were completely amazing. We hired Creekside Pro Construction for two bathroom renovations after interviewing five contractors. Jacob and Ben who are the owners of Creekside were friendly and listened intently to my vision. They were quick to complete an estimate that was clear about the scope of work and the schedule of payments. Our team of Pedro, Leo, and Jesus was excellent! They were prompt, clean, and focused on their work. Prior to demolition, they laid down a thick plastic covering to protect my flooring. Every day before they left, they swept and washed down my drive way and put away their equipment. The workmanship of the tile work was neat and exceptional. The installation of every detail of my bathrooms was completed professionally. Jacob was also my project manager. Creekside pro construction replaced out roof in January 2023. The project took a week. The workers were on time (8:30 every morning), were polite and professional, and cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. The final costs were in line with what we expected-- no ugly surprises. I was impressed with Ben, who handled the project. Like his crew, Ben was very professional. When he arrived to look at our roof--ben went up on the roof to examine it and spent far longer up there than any of the other roofers we had asked to look at it. When he came down he not only had a detailed explanation of what was wrong with our roof, but he showed me three dimensional computerized diagrams of our roof, which made what he was discussing much easier for a layman to understand. None of the other roofers did that. Ben always kept me informed as to any problems that arose during the project. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work. read more

I hired Creekside Pro Construction to completely remodel my son's room. They tore down the drywall on the walls and ceilings, replaced the insulation and electrical, leveled the cement floor, painted, and installed the new trim, closet doors, and light fixture. The team came every day when they said they would and finished on time and on budget. The communication was fantastic; they responded right away to my calls and text messages. The workers were friendly and polite and offered suggestions to improve the look of the room at no additional cost to me. It was very important to them that I was satisfied with the work. Zamir and his crew did an amazing job on our main level drywall job. I took the main level down to studs and needed new walls and ceilings put up with a texture match to our existing 80's brush stamp pattern. I was concerned that since it's not a currently used texture that it would be difficult to replicate. I was very impressed with how well Zamir was able to match it. Another thing I'd like to add is that poor communication seems to be the status quo amongst contractors these days. And good communication is absolutely imperative to me. Zamir bucks the trend and is an excellent communicator. All throughout the job, Zamir was very communicative. We had our kitchen remodeled by Creekside Pro Construction. I would highly recommend Creekside Pro for the quality and very importantly their ontime performance. We had demo of a raised bar counter and installation of new quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, stove, kitchen lights, tile backsplash, hood, repaint kitchen and repaint cabinets with new hardware. In addition, new baseboards were installed along with all bathroom cabinets being painted, all new hardware installed and 3 new interior doors. Creekside construction did a fantastic job transforming our 1960's era bathroom into very modern and comfortable one. This was not an easy job with an 80 yr old house, but they were able to do it in 8 weeks. Nur kept the project to our budgeted amount, Jordan did a great job with the 3-D design. Jimmy checked in to keep things running smoothly. Arturo did a fantastic with all the construction, insulation, electrical, installing new windows, tiling, and painting. Arturo took the time to listen to what we wanted and has a great sense of humor, which made this project go so well and fun for us all. We had three structural beams replaced. We upgraded a Garden window. An efficient contract manager offered the work bid to us with clarity and honesty. Any questions before and during the project he was very quick to reply. The General Contractor respected his crews. His team management skills created a successful work environment. Ben and his crew did a total bathroom remodel for us. I went with Ben initially because his calm demeanor and professionalism. Boy was I glad I did! His crew was friendly, professional, efficient and did great work. The crew tore out our entire bathroom including the old bathtub, installed a new window, replaced wood that was rotted, added insulation, put up walls in a new shower, tiled, painted, installed shower door and lighting (basically finished everything) in about 15 full working days! Our roof star leaking during the large rain storms that we had. I had responded to an online search for contractors in the area. I got a q response from Roi. He came out to the house and laid out what we needed to do. He got a crew over here as soon as we had a break in the weather. They got the old tar and gravel roof off and the plywood repaired and water barrier put on before we had light rains that night. The shingles got put on at an amazing rate. New facia boards and new gutters were also installed. All in all, they did a great job! read more
