    14" cheese pizza

Creekside is usually pretty consistent but maybe I caught them at a bad day. While it was definitely full for a Thursday evening, we were sat and told it would be about 30 minutes for our pizza which turned into an hour wait. This wouldn't have been as bad but we weren't checked on once and quickly ran out of water. When our drinks came, they tasted watered down which most likely was because they were made and then sat on the bar counter and the ice had melted. When the pizzas came, one had the incorrect toppings, and the other was missing the sides that was ordered. We weren't checked in on so I had to flag down a server to get it. When it was time to check out they thought that we had already been closed out because they had lost our receipt and took a while to find it which brought us up to over 2 hours for a pizza dinner. Not the end of the world but also not the usual experience here

The location and ambience are unique, service was ok but the food (pizza) was mediocre at best. My wife got a salad and she loved it. The pizza crust was very dry almost like a cracker, little to no cheese, not my favorite. $78 for 2 pizzas and a salad. A little pricey IMHO but it's in a very popular area.

Pizza was pretty good. The antipasto plate was good too, though really it's just packages and jars opened and spooned onto a platter. When we got there it was pretty dead, but it got busy quick, which wouldn't have been a problem, except then we got no service at all. Had to ask for forks and napkins. Asked for a side of ranch, never got it. Had to ask for the check twice, and then ask that they take the charge for the ranch off. Had to ask for a box. We never got asked if we needed anything else. Definitely more of a pub feel here than a pizza place.

This was a fun place to find. It is tucked back away from the street and there is a nice creek there. I really enjoyed the crust of their pizza. It seems alive in a way: its fluffy with lots of little air bubbles. I enjoyed a few drink with friends. The art on the walls got us chatting, the service was attentive, and the place was clean but "warn in" in a good way--it has charecter and seems like it has a history.

Some of best crust everyone had. Server was horribly slow, not friendly or helpful. Wish she had told me the Bitburger bottle was non-alcoholic, especially since I said they make several beers, curious to know what you have. 4 people split a large spicy pie and a small cheese. Lots of food but worth it!

    Cheers!

Both of my kids had 3 each!! I do have to say we should have gotten a larger pizza because my monsters didn't leave me enough. They'd easily have each had another slice and I'd have been happy for two more. The crust is a perfect wood fired crust. Light and crispy but not HARD. The perfect balance between hard and soft. NY style. Exactly. If you know...you know! The sauce was great. A nice Italian Red Sauce that didn't overpower but complimented the pizza crust and toppings. The staff was great. The second I saw on IG that their special was (what I call) a bánh mì-inspired pizza, I knew it had my name written all over it. It was absolutely outstanding, and honestly, I wish I had eaten it there because it deserved to be enjoyed fresh. The pepperoni is still a favorite every single time. The potato wedges remain undefeated, but LORDT... dipping them in the chimichurri sauce (because I like making adventurous sauce choices) took them to a whole new level. The wings weren't my personal favorite, but once I gave them the chimichurri treatment, everything was right again. And finally... the chocolate cake. I obviously had to get right into it (I have no picture to show for it). I generously shared two bites with my significant other before happily devouring the rest myself. No regrets.

We went in at dinner time on a Thursday. We were seated right away without a reservation, but you can make one online. I could see them being busy on a weekend or a busier part of the season. There are tables for groups from 2-6. They also had some pinball and other games in the back (as well as some board games in a side room). We didn't find out the ins and outs of the games, but it makes it feel like a place you are welcome to stay at for a while. They had a great kids menu. Our girls both wanted pizza and the observant server recommended they share a pizza because they are not small. It was accurate and kept us from having a whole leftover pizza, even though the prices were reasonable and it would have been a good value. The two adults shared the spicy cauliflower from the appetizer menu and the quesacarnitas tacos. Both were seasoned well, very flavorful, and all around delicious. The cauliflower wasn't super spicy, but it was super tasty so we weren't mad. The place is a brewery but we had cocktails. My husband said it was the best margarita he had on our trip and tasted like it was made with quality ingredients. My Paloma was also good! Overall, we were super pleased with our visit. Gluten free items are marked clearly and there is also a gluten free bun and pizza crust to choose from. Highly recommend before or after a play or a day of shopping in the Main Street area of Ashland.

So I have to open this up with a reason to why I had to come here on my wife's and I road trip. She…read morereads a lot and she sometimes gets the audio books and says "YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THIS" So the legends of thezmarr by helen scheuerer is a fun story I got hooked on and my wife loved that we can talk about it so it makes it that much more fun. There is a tavern called "the laughing fox" so I told My wife we need to go here or Kip would be anger (Kip being the character that loves going to that tavern) she did not get it at first but when I did the hint hint wink wink she understood me. Needless to say ... The Noble Fox not only filled the fun of the book they also came through with how Delicious and amazing of a place it is. I was sad they did not sell their cups with the Fox on them or hats... I would have been all over it... lol Now the review The Noble Fox is an amazing resource that matches the vibes and of the clever and tempting Fox. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They allow dogs on the patio and the views and comfortable nature is amazing. We were hosted by Aarron and he was amazing, made sure we had what we needed and was considerate to every question. He was great for suggestions and overall hosting is such an important characteristic so we appreciate you . The food... I'll be honest we planned on just having. A drink and some fries... but the menu was just too intriguing especially to a couple that loves to cook. Soooo my wife got the harvest salad and I got the fish and chips. The fries were amazing... they were seasoned and cooked to perfection. We could not stop eating them. The harvest salad my wife enjoyed, we enjoy good salads and the berry and chopped seemed like something we have had before so the Harv had some unique takes with the dressing and fresh toppings. She enjoyed it but said it would be more amazing paired with salmon. Which is unfortunate because she was just recently deemed allergic to it. The fish and chips... just get it.. don't question it just get it... most fish and chips just focus on the lemon, salt or tartar to give the fish flavor... nope... the noble Fox understands the fish and batter need to be pre seasoned then seasoned after . The batter needs seasoning and I just need to say that fish was not going to survive my plate. If there was a second one I don't think it would survive the place. Arron also read my mind. Their tartar sauce was delicious...but he opted for malt vinegar and that was the end of it all. Overall the Noble Fox will be a destination stop for us every time we come down this way. It's an amazing little spot and there is a lot on the menus that brings fun and unique flavors in. They have great service , an arcade room , a private game table room and a welcoming environment. Also if you read the books ... you have to go ... what would Kip do?
