Regardless, they rose to the occasion and ensured we had a delicious and graciously served brunch. I especially appreciated how the team clearly let potential diners know - as soon as they came in the door - that food would take around an hour to get to the tables of those choosing to stay. The integrity in setting realistic expectations for diners was refreshing and made me want to root for them (and not against them).
