RUN FROM THIS INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST PLUMBER!!…read more I was scammed by Master Kraft Plumbing. I had Victor come out to repair my bathroom faucet's cartridge and we agreed on a price. He came out, took the faucet apart and claimed it needed more work. He then quoted me almost double of the original amount, which I agreed to since he was already there and had done some work on the outside faucet. Victor asked me to pay him for the day's work (the original amount) which I did. He promised to come back out the next morning to finish up. Victor repeatedly never showed up. He rescheduled over 5 times, each time promising to show up for sure, and then never shows up without a word. Each time we would clear our day's schedule and fruitlessly wait all day. I eventually gave up and realized I had been scammed. Need to find a real reputable plumber to come fix the work Victor left behind. Update: -------- I had another plumber come out, and they found that Victor had cut into the valve and damaged it, making the entire valve (not just the cartridge) to need a replacement. The new plumber has to cut open the closet wall to replace the damaged valve. And then I'll need to hire a carpenter and painter to repair the sheetrock. So Victor himself cut and damaged the valve, had the guts to collect the full pay for the original work (replacing a cartridge), and then was a no-show knowing the damage he had done. I now have to pay a lot extra $$$ to fix the damage done by Victor's incompetence and negligence.

PLUS all of our staff used him personally at our houses and I've continued to use him as well has my friends and family members. He is NOT a dry wall sub so IDK why someone would think he should repair drywall after doing a in wall plumbing fix which another reviewer mentioned - that is not done by plumbers. I've GC'd 2 buidlings and that is not the way it works. He even cleans up after himself - could not be more impressed or pleased with this man and his family business. He is truly a master plumber.

Not to mention, thorough and efficient! 4 stars because I wasn't aware or didn't recall being told that there's a 5% charge on cards regardless of it being debit. I understand the reason for the charge but just would've been great to have been better prepared. They do accept payment via Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash app, etc which made it easier but I'm a strong believer in communication. Besides that minor issue, I HIGHLY recommend using A. Molina plumbing for your home and/or commercial needs.
