All the reviews given by my neighbors on these guys were superb and I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed. They are family oriented and very friendly. I had them come and give an estimate on a pipe damage that a utility company had done working on back yard and they did a thorough estimate. I also had them come back to replace 2 of my outdoor faucets that were leaking and they were thorough in fixing these at a reasonable cost compared to all the other plumbers who have come by to give estimates. I'll definitely recommend them and call them back should I have any plumbing needs!

Also, one of the sinks was leaking underneath afterwards so we called the plumber back. He said he tightened it, but it was still leaking the next morning. So...$837 to swap out two vessel sinks and my husband had to finish the job. Not great.

I complained to their dispatch who connected me with the owner. He first insisted his guys would ALWAYS give an estimate when asked. It's been months and I have not heard back. I've finally given up hope that they will refund a portion of the money. To be clear: they got the job done and fixed everything correctly (2 stars instead of 1), but they were shady with estimates and unreasonable prices. They were quick to…read moreget the job scheduled, but we had two major issues with the job. 1) They didn't adequately back fill the trenches they made and unfortunately, we had already moved out of state after the job was completed, so we were not there to inspect their work in person. The failure to back fill the trenches cost us a buyer on our house, which I am beyond livid about. The buyer backed out after seeing the huge unfilled areas and though Repipe did fix the issue, they had to bring in a digger to do so- leading me to ask how in the heck could they have done such a bad job with back filling the first time? 2) we were told that the warranty on the work was 10 years but only 4 years if transferred to another buyer. I never got a good reason for why this was and I feel it's shady. Ultimately everything passed inspection, etc but due to the issues above, I'm quite upset about the whole process. Would not use them again if given the choice.
