We woke up to a hot house which is an absolute No-No in this Texas heat. I reached out to Vortex Air Solutions through the Yelp app and got a reply almost instantly. The technician was able to be at my home same day and fix our issue in just over an hour. We opted to get on a maintenance plan to avoid issues that we experienced today later in the future. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. The tech explained our issue very thoroughly and repaired the problem; I believe the technician's name was Erik. From the very first interaction that took place online, everything was professional and in order. Prior prior to arrival, the technician called to let me know of the timeline before reaching my home. He arrived on time, with shoe covers, and was very courteous and able to explain the processes. The work was efficient and completed with a warranty as well. I would definitely recommend this company and definitely recommend my technician Erik. I will definitely return the business and patronage to the company. As most people may not be too savvy when it comes to HVAC units, he did not force me to purchase services that I may not have needed at the time, as my finances were but a prayer and a wish. A/C went down at 10AM, called them and they scheduled a window from 12-2PM they arrived at 1PM, fixed the issue, and we're once again comfortable! Excellent service! read more
