From the moment I contacted them, they were upfront, transparent, and focused on what was best for my situation--not just making a sale. They saved me $8,000.00 with the repairs and leak testing they completed. Their pricing was more than reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and professionalism they brought to the job. They didn't try to upsell unnecessary products or services, and they explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The service itself was prompt, efficient, and courteous. They were knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. It's rare to find a company these days that operates with such integrity and genuine care for their customers. I recommend them to anyone in need of honest and reliable air conditioning service.

He was the third HVAC technician I had called, and unlike the others who quoted me sky-high prices, Adrian gave me a clear, honest assessment and didn't try to upsell or overcharge. Not only did he properly diagnose the issue, but he also tuned up my other working unit (cleaned and optimized the outdoor HVAC system) while he was here--going above and beyond. He found a replacement part that was outdated and hard to locate, and still came in at half the cost of other estimates I received. From the time we spoke on Monday to a fully working unit by Saturday, Adrian was efficient, polite, and genuinely cared about getting it done right. He even took extra steps to improve overall performance, without charging a penny more. If you're looking for a small business you can trust--someone who is skilled, fair, and dependable--Adrian at ACR Refrigeration is the one. Highly recommend.
