I want to give my highest recommendation to Almac Air for their outstanding honesty, very fair…read moreprices, and truly excellent service. From the moment I contacted them, they were upfront, transparent, and focused on what was best for my situation--not just making a sale. They saved me $8,000.00 with the repairs and leak testing they completed. Their pricing was more than reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and professionalism they brought to the job. They didn't try to upsell unnecessary products or services, and they explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The service itself was prompt, efficient, and courteous. They were knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. It's rare to find a company these days that operates with such integrity and genuine care for their customers. I recommend them to anyone in need of honest and reliable air conditioning service.

NO-SHOWED APPOINTMENT…read more I wish I could give them LESS than one star. My first clue should have been when their number was answered with "hello"! I waited a week for an appointment as they were "understaffed" that week. I was told I would be taken care of "first thing Monday morning" - actual appointment was for 9:30am. At 10:30am, no one has shown up and I have received no calls. I called the office and was told my technician called in sick over the weekend, BUT they got a sub. "If he has not shown up or called you by now - maybe he can't make it. I guess I will have to call him". After about 10 minutes Mr Olsen called back and INFORMED me that the tech was "not going to be able to make it today" and we would have to reschedule. I don't think so. I called Fisk Electric 972-466-0900 at 11am SAME DAY. They were here at the appointment time of 1pm SAME DAY. My issue was handled by 2pm SAME DAY. On time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OLSEN.
