Charlie showed up a did a great job, and was flexible with the pricing. I showed him some other work I wanted to have done and we were able to agree on a good price on the spot. He had supplies needed on his truck, did a good job with the work, and communicated well. There could have been a little more clean up after he finished the work (footprints in the bathtub and shower, pieces of plastic from the caulking left on the floor) but honestly? Charlie seems great. 5 stars, would use again. Thanks!

No response and after several days I called again. He responded by text and said he had to take a few personal days. This time he didn't show up, didn't call and didn't text. I sent two text to him asking if he was coming and no response. We had plans for the day and we were left waiting and wondering. Then he finally responded and said he got hung up building a swing set! That's very unprofessional. In his defense he seems to be a very nice guy, but I wasn't hiring a nice guy.
