He gave me options and made suggestions while respecting my priorities. When he came to do the work, I was blown away at his professionalism. He prepped my area with great attention to detail, kept the dust to a minimum, asked me to walk through at the end, then cleaned up completely. I had Jesse repair ceiling cracks from foundation settling in an older home. He took time to explain how he repaired it and even took care to match my ceiling texture. I'm so grateful and impressed by Jesse and his spirit of excellence. Well done. I'll be using him for future projects!

Unfinished Work, Poor Craftsmanship, and a False Lien Threat…read more I hired Ybarra Professional Builders to complete work in my home, including renovating the upstairs bathroom. While the project was technically completed, the quality was completely unacceptable. The bathroom sink leaks, and the grout in both the shower and floor is already coming up. I brought in licensed professionals to inspect the issues, and they confirmed the floor was improperly installed and the sink was not installed correctly either. Despite these clear defects, the company has refused to return and fix the problems. To make matters worse, I just received a Notice of Intent to File a Mechanic's Lien claiming I owe them $16,016.00--which is outrageous and completely false. They included charges for services they never performed, such as: Cabinet resurfacing (they did nothing to my kitchen cabinets) Interior painting (they partially painted my living room, which I already paid for--and even that was incomplete) I've kept all of my receipts and documented what was paid. I paid for the bathroom remodel, but it was done poorly and without accountability. There is absolutely no way they did $16,000 worth of work in my home. This feels like a scare tactic to get paid for work they didn't do or didn't do correctly. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind their work, and now I'm dealing with legal threats for charges that are clearly inflated and inaccurate. If you're considering using them--think twice and document everything. This experience has been stressful, costly, and incredibly disappointing.

Ybarra Professional Builders is a company that subcontracts jobs to multiple individuals without…read moretaking any responsibility for those jobs. I was approached by Ethan who was charismatic, personable and seemed to care about the project I was interested in. I wanted pavers on my driveway and a new concrete patio. Everything seemed to go well, perhaps taking a little longer than expected (but that was ok). The trouble started when the work was done. The ground settled and a tiny crack formed in the concrete. I contacted them in April to discuss the crack and puddling on the paver driveway. We got no response until May. Ethan finally said he would send someone to look at it. They came and within a couple of weeks two workers were here to fix the problems. Unfortunately, they made a bigger mess and eye sore than the original damage. I texted Ethan again with pictures of the "corrected" work and has since not heard from him or any representative from the Ybarra Professionals. I am very frustrated and disappointed that this happened. The only reason I am writing a public review is with the hope that Ybarra Professionals respond to my many calls and text messages.

I'd had good luck finding other quality professionals via Yelp, but this was my first time working…read morewith a contractor, and I'm so glad I chose A1 Eagle Eye! Even though they only had a couple of reviews, I liked what I read from the other folks and what I saw in the photo gallery of their work. Bottom line, A1 Eagle Eye Pro Contractor is fantastic to work with, and I've already got another job lined up for them, and will be having them do several other things next year. I definitely recommend them if you want high-quality results! I was beyond impressed with every aspect of a large job that entailed the following: - Removing the old (thin) wood siding panels and trim over three large areas on two sides of the house. - Removing the old worn and warped wood chimney surround and dormers. - Replacing/rebuilding all of the above with Hardie Board cement siding and trim. - Exterior painting. Communications with Bob were always timely and professional with the estimate and invoices for each payment provided via email. The estimate in particular was great: each aspect of the work was detailed in a section of its own, priced separately, so it was obvious what you were being charged for. And the guys who do the work are top notch. They showed up on time every single scheduled day, worked hard for the entire day (weather permitting), and took such care and pride in their work with obvious attention to detail that this nearly thirty-year-old house now looks better than it did when it was new! You know how little touches make a big difference, even if they require a bit of extra effort? Well, Bob and his crew understand this completely. Just one example: the original dormer shutters they took down turned out to be just too tired-looking, old and brittle to be put back up on the beautifully rebuilt dormers (though I don't doubt another company might have done so, since the estimate stated they would be reused), but Bob ordered new ones to replace them, and chose a style with just a bit of decorative detail. Compared with the plain originals, this little extra something makes a huge difference. If you want better-than-imagined results, you want A1 Eagle Eye to do your next project!

We called and left a voicemail message about a small repair job we needed help with and received a call back before the end of the day. Two days later, the gentleman came to our house and quickly and efficiently completed the repair job and the cost was under $200.00. The "ballpark" figure was anywhere up to $1,000.00.
