I can't believe the disaster that unfolded at this spa. Let me be crystal clear - I've never been compelled to write a review before but this time I am livid beyond words. If you value your sanity, do yourself a massive favor and stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. I'm practically begging you - STAY AWAY! The idea of stepping foot in this establishment is a grave mistake that you will deeply regret. These so-called "professionals" are utterly clueless. The lady responsible for my pedicure couldn't even execute a basic nail trim without butchering my nails. She carved into them like a lumberjack gone mad, leaving them lopsided and jagged. But that's nothing compared to the torment of her massage. I could feel her nail poking through the glove, drilling into my foot and legs like some kind of twisted torture technique. It was a torture session, not a spa treatment - an excruciating experience that left me traumatized. And don't even get me started on the aftermath - the scratches she left are still burning two days later. And spare me the "decent job" nonsense with the toenail polish. The polish felt like industrial glue that refused to dry. I might as well have dipped my toes in cement. But wait, the horror show didn't stop there. The guy who tackled my manicure was an absolute disaster. He had the audacity to ask if I wanted square or round nails. I've been to countless nail salons, and this is the first time I've encountered such incompetence. I'm not asking for a masterpiece; I just want my nails shorter. But no, he had to turn it into a circus act, giving me mismatched nails on each hand. It was a joke. And throughout this nightmare, he couldn't be bothered to buff, moisturize, or even properly trim my cuticles. He savagely attacked my skin when it was already dry from the acetone. I was left with raw, torn fingers as a result of his complete lack of skill. And then he decided to pile on layers of polish as if he was slathering paint on a wall. I asked for a matte finish, not an industrial coating. My nails were weighed down by the sheer volume of polish, drooping like sad, wet leaves. I tried to salvage the situation, politely suggesting a clear coat, but the manager's condescending attitude shut down any hope of improvement. To add insult to injury, while enduring this nightmare of a manicure, I was forced to witness the pedicure lady lounging on a massage chair, absorbed in her phone, picking at her own feet and munching on her toenails. The sheer unprofessionalism and discomfort of the situation were beyond words. I paid a hefty $55 for this nightmare - an hour and a half of pure agony. It was the most horrific spa experience I've ever had the misfortune to endure. This place is an affront to anyone seeking relaxation and pampering. It's a circus of ineptitude and sheer disrespect for customers. This establishment deserves every ounce of anger and frustration I'm expressing here. I had a little extra time late Friday morning and wanted to treat my fingers and toes with a mani pedi. I popped into Creative Nails, and they said they could take me. My wait was great: about 10 minutes. I got my manicure and went back to the pedicure station. It was honestly one of the best pedicures I've ever had! Halfway through, my manicurist came up and put polish on my nails. She waited to do the top coat so they could dry as the pedicure was being done. The staff were so pleasant, it was a calm, quiet space, and my pedi chair massaging was absolute perfection. Good pricing, wonderful experience. I've found my new nail salon. read more

Do my feet.look better? Yes. The scrape to my ankle, the job on my nails is disappointing. The lady applying polish was putting on a topcoat before the color had a chance to dry. The lady who scraped my ankle seemed to understand when I flinched, but did not apologize. I have not been there for a year more have I have not got pedicure in that time either. I don't think I will be back. The leg massage was the best part of the visit. Well I had my pedicure on Saturday. As I mentioned I Received a text asking I hell the slanted. I was honest and told him what happened. It's now Tuesday and I have yet to hear back from the owner. I figured since the nails were not done well and the caclus were not completely removed and the fact that the lady removing the calcus is drew blood. I thought I might hear back. Clearly the text the owner sent regarding a review of services was just for show and she clearly does not give a shit. I also want to add the person who is removing calluses clearly used to much pressure. My left heel hurts a little bit thankfully there's no blood or scanning on the heel. After much prompting I received a text saying that owner was out of town. They asked if they could send a gift certificate. It finally came today October 1st, while I will use the gift certificate I am still convinced that they don't care. The gift certificate if for less than I spent, they waited 6 days to send it. To top it off I only have until November 11th to use it. It will be nice to have my feet done in time for Thanksgiving, but seriously whats with the short operation date? I intend just to spend the gift card I won't be adding to the pedicure. This is for a couple of reasons I don't know that my feet will need that much work is such short time. Also because they are being cheap and I am not going to reward that by spending more to possibly be injured again. I won't be surprised if I get there and they have raised their prices. read more

The last time I came here was in October, I did my nails at home in an attempt to save money, and the polish must have been bad or maybe I am just bad my flight was leaving in 2 hours and I hurriedly ran into Creative Nails and told them my situation and they gladly worked me in ASAP, the nail artist was super cool to talk to, he made many food recommendations for my Las Vegas trip! So here I am today, leaving for San Diego tomorrow, I had an unusual break in my schedule, I called and asked if they had time for a mani and pedi in the next 10 minutes and they said come on in! We moved to the area five years ago and I tried a few different salons before this one but this location was exactly what I was looking for - the staff is super nice, the manager Christine is very friendly when you walk in the door and/or schedule appointments, my nails rarely ever break (unless I'm moving boxes or doing something super aggressive on my end!), my nails last longer than any other place I've been to, and I've received some of the best pedicures from them (I'm all about the foot and leg message along with the paint of course). They only called one of us back which I came anyways and sat next to her and I watched her get her mani and then she watched me get mine. She went off to get a mani with another worker. My friend had 3 separate people work on here and they were constantly switching to work on other customers. My friend did not find that relaxing. It was a nice place and they were friendly I would go back when I have extra time. Only saw one price sheet which we choose #1 pedi for $27. Our bill was $144 for 1gel removal, 2 gel mani, 1 gel pedi & 1 reg pedi. Waiting area is small only seating for 6. Prices are comparable to surrounding salons, but because they are understaffed, I suggest you go elsewhere. Not to mention I got white polish so every flaw shows up loud and clear. After this last trip tho, I am definitely NOT going back to Creative Nails in OP ..... It was a rushed & terribly executed service. Even though I could see the proper product within arms reach..I wasn't allowed to soak my gel/fake nails before the technician started trying to pry them off my fingers. In the style of someone using a crowbar to snap something open the girl just wedged something between my natural nail & the fake one & started aggressively angling her tool upward to force the nails apart. That was extremely unpleasant. Nail buffing was not done well, leaving visible streaks & uneven heights... and she didn't even bother to trim my nail tips so they matched evenly. Then this lady has the audacity to DEMAND a tip when I went to pay. Just... ugh. That was really awful. They also did a pedicure, footbath & leg massage for some lady who had an open lesion on her lower leg that was partially submerged in the water. Very concerning. I arrived for a manicure service and the owner gave me a face mask since they are still making "face mask" mandatory although the county and city have lifted its mandate. I'm okay with that. However, I was charged an additional $1.00 for a cheap one-layer disposable mask which should have been complimentary since I'm a paid customer. Can't believe this place is rated with more than two stars. Absolutely awful experience. They couldn't regulate the water temp for our pedicures, it was either freezing or scalding hot. They didn't have enough remotes for the massage chairs and took mine to put on someone else's chair. When she was doing my nails, she filed one so short that it has been throbbing since my appointment. Nothing seemed clean, nobody was friendly, and overpriced for the quality of things in the salon. Better off going inside the mall to one of the nail salons in there. read more
