Okay so Diane is the sweetest and most professional lady! Very friendly and funny too. I liked that she is very hip/stylish and she is easy to communicate with! Diane listens to what you want, and does exactly that! It seems like she takes longer to do acrylics, but she is a perfectionist and makes sure she gets everything right on! I love that she really Cares about what her customers want and their satisfaction. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and nice! They all say hi to you and remember you when you come back. My husband and I got pedicures and they were so excited to have a man in there lol everyone told me to bring him back next time too haha very funny staff... I am very disappointed in the quality of my nails, I had them done less than a week ago and they look like they're a month old, the gel polish is chipping on the side because she only put two coats of polish. I was happy they were able to get me in right away but I'll just stick to my usual place that charges the same exact price!! What a waste of 50$! read more

By far the most horrible and horrendous experience ive had getting my nails done. Diane the owner and main nail tech completely destroyed my nails i asked to remove my acrylics which she did, however in turn she shaped my nails so horribly i was in shock not to mention the uv light she placed my nails under burned me. Solid gel color was done beautifully but design came out blotched and warped and was not at all what I was looking for :( they were also very pricey (normally only $30 with design, was $40 here). I recently moved to Temecula and was hoping to find a great new nail salon. Unfortunately, I had a not so great experience here. I called to made a 9am appointment and the following day I arrived and the door was locked and no one was there yet. Not a huge deal because I know they don't open until 9 but I figured they'd at least be inside getting ready to open but a few employees came walking up to open the store a couple minutes later. The lady that did my nails didn't start for another 10-15 minutes because they were still getting everything ready. Not sure of her name, but the lady doing my gel manicure must have been new and didn't know what she was doing. She was almost finished with my nails when the owner walked over from working on her own customer and sat down and decided to redo my nails because they were far from acceptable! I'm grateful that the owner fixed them but frustrated that I had already been there almost an hour and had to have them redone when they should've been done correctly the first time around. Instead of admitting that the lady who first did my nails was new or still learning, the owner claimed that my nails had to be redone because I have thin nails and small nail beds...I get gel manicures all of the time and have never heard that one before! The owner did apologize for the inconvenience so I appreciate that and both ladies were nice so no complaints there really. Although I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, I would recommend anyone that wants to try this place out to make an appointment with the owner (I think her name is Diane) because she was able to fix my nails and she did a good job. read more

I came here first time, and I didn't like the job was done with the gel nails. My nails looked bumpy and sloppy. So I called back to see what they can do about it and so lady has offered me to come back and so they can fix the problems. I was told that the gel I have choose was watery and so because of its type and quality the nails won't look the way we want. Instead creamy gel polishes are best kind for any nail. So my nails were fixed and not I am happy and can go out without embarrassment! Also I was convinced to do my eyebrows and I'm glad that I did them. Thanks to yelp and the location of this place I've finally found my regular nail place. Diane never disappoints when it comes to how I want my nails done. She does it just like the pictures I show her and other times I let her do her own style and it's just amazing!! There's always different people doing my pedicure but I have no complaints, everytime it looks fantastic! Yes sometimes there's a small wait, even with an appointment but what do you expect? An empty place? I rather go somewhere that's busy meaning they're doing something right, also Diane takes time doing each person's nail. You can speed her up but you have to remember, she is an artist and our nails are representing her artwork. We are basically her walking billboards!
