However, I decided to give it a try anyway since it's so conveniently located by my house & to give it a chance. I asked for a regular mani w/gel & regular pedi w/callous remover. First, the nail color on my feet was not the one I picked. The tech was insistent it was the right one, even though the color I chose was a dark pink, & I ended up with a Barbie pink. It wasn't worth arguing w/her. The lady doing my fingernails ended up having the wrong color too, & got up to switch it before I said anything. Seems like their nail colors were mislabeled or disorganized. Then the pedi tech told me I was being charged $82 when the total should have been $72 ($35 mani & $37 pedi). I asked her what the extra $10 charge was for, & SHE decided to give me the deluxe mani gel instead for $45 "because it will last longer." She never asked me for consent in getting the deluxe mani instead or broke down the charges, just gave me the total. In the end, the same deceitful tech overcharged me $5 on the bill & I had to go back to have it corrected. This is my first & last time that place is getting my business. It was a Sat morning & only 1 other customer was there when I arrived. At my previous nail salon on a Sat morning, it would already be packed. Now I know why this one wasn't. If your business practice is to be deceitful & sneaky in charging customers for services they did not ask for, then you're setting up yourself for failure as a small business. Good luck trying to stay afloat in this economy. Never giving any loyal business to those that don't establish trust with customers. Just. Terrible. Feet care all day!…read more While visiting a friend in Temecula, we decided to get pedicures. She probably saw my atrocious feet and suggested it because of that lolol I don't blame her. I needed it! Long over due. We found a nail salon close by and Forest Nails was it. Compared to the other nail salons in the area, Forest stayed open later. They close at 8pm. The other nail salons close at 7pm. So that is why we went with this place. Our pedicures both came out good. I love my gel pedicure. And my feet are happy too! :)
