After they arrived, Cisco took the time to explain the whole process and answer any questions we had, then we did a walk to show them what we needed moved. They were efficient, but not rushed. Fantastic squad here! Grew up in a military family, with too many moving horror stories to count. Glad we went with this group for our local move from Phoenix to Scottsdale. Super quick crew, ample use of padding on furniture/mirrors, and they even disassembled/reassembled our office desk for better transporting. No items broken or lost, with a two bedroom move tapping out right at four hours (we packed our own items). We had a very specific situation pop up with this company that you probably will not have, but they failed to fairly resolve the situation which is while I am reviewing. I was very pleased with their quote and perks (like being able to borrow wardrobe boxes). I paid my $135 non-refundable deposit and waited to move into our purchased home on a Saturday. Unfortunately the snowstorm that hit the US delayed the closing docs coming from the seller, so we had to move our appointment to the following Wednesday and cross our fingers that the documents would arrive in time. I was in communication with the company as to what was going on the whole time and they were very accommodating about rescheduling us. Tuesday morning we were told the closing documents wouldn't arrive so we rescheduled to Friday. Then just a few hours later the documents appeared! Yay! So I called them back and requested to push our move back to Wednesday, but the slot had been booked and there were no other appointments available. Since we had to move and THEY were no longer able to accommodate us - emphasis on the fact that it was THEIR unavailability - after this Act of God completely messed up our moving plans, we had to cancel our appointment altogether. I requested the non-refundable deposit back citing that this was in no way our fault that the snow storm happened, that FedEx wrongly said our documents would be further delayed, or that their schedule filled up again. If we had our way, we would have moved with them on Saturday. They refused to give us a full refund, offering only $50 back. We're now out $85 essentially because this company took our phone call. Everyone knows how stressful moving is, certainly a moving company is aware. It's insult to injury considering what a stressful time this was for us with all our things packed and ready to move only to be delayed for an uncertain amount of time, and with kids who are 6, 4, 2, and newborn to boot. It boggles my mind that they refused to refund us the full amount given that it was in no way our choice for the closing documents to be delayed or for us to lose the appointment that ultimately would have worked. We were polite and respectful of their schedule and time by being prompt with our communication, and they responded by being greedy and unethical with our money. I won't be recommending them to anyone. read more

I contracted these guys based on their Yelp reviews and they most certainly did not disappoint. This is my first experience using movers...I used to just do it all myself. They absolutely exceeded anything I could have expected. I did a lot of prep work, but they took it to another level once they arrived. From Nova in the office () to Conrad for the site visit () to the fantastic crews on packing and moving days (I'm sorry I don't have every name because they were all fantastic ), saving us when the unrelated clean out crew left a pile of debris in the old house driveway and we had less than 24 hours to clear the property (Nacho et al - ) to arranging pick up of our empty boxes (Cameron, Ryan, Oscar - ) every interaction has been top notch. Creative moving and Cameron helped us move from one part of the valley to another seamlessly. No hidden fees- Very easy to get in touch with, easy to get a quote and schedule our move. We had a team of 3 men help us with our move and Cameron was the lead. He called when they were on their way, was very helpful and they had an amazing pace! We had a big move and it was a long drive between locations. They helped us pack boxes, and kept everything safe. They even had tools to help us take apart furniture and take things down from the walls. We also had a heavy piano and peloton tread they were able to move for us. Our agency received a donation of a pool table a week ago and we had three days to find a company who knew how to move a pool table. I put an ask out to 8 movers Conrad responded back immediately with a time and day that met our timeline. We initially were told we were getting 3 pro movers, but they showed up EARLY with 4 movers. The fact they were early was awesome. We had Ronnie Victor Will Hilario And they were as friendly as they were professional. My son (who is autistic) immediately walked to one of the movers and asked to be picked up. He was so kind to him and didn't even let it bother him. I appreciated that immensely. They were out of our old place and in our new place in just under 3 hours. This company is legit and fairly priced. We used them after selling our home and were able to accommodate with relatively short notice due to earlier closing date. When we initially setup a time we planned to use them for all the furniture and figured we'd do all the packing and boxing. After a whole weekend of packing and boxing and decluttering we realized we needed help again. We called on a Monday hoping they had same day availability for a smaller job and luckily they did.
