We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! Our first contact was with Bret and Skyler when they came to our house and took measurements. We then visited their showroom and they had several good ideas for our bathroom remodel. We signed the contract and work started a short time later. Their foreman, Kurt, was nothing short of amazing. He sent us a preliminary work schedule at the beginning of the project and he also sent an email or a text daily outlining who was coming the next day, what they were going to accomplish and what project was next. Throughout the project Kurt was very fast responding to texts or emailed questions. As for the work, it went very smoothly and right on schedule. The demo guys were on time, mindful of any dust and hauled everything off at the end of their day. The plumber was friendly, very professional and had a few helpful suggestions that we didn't think about in our initial plan. He works a lot with Rise Above and you can tell they have a great working relationship. Next came the tile installation. Their installer, Saul, is an absolute artist and for a one man show he was super fast! You can see why Rise Above uses him.
