The earlier review below was for my AC system…read more This morning my heating system needed service.Literally everything I wrote in the earlier review below is also true for today. What I forgot to mention last time, but it was true then and it is now, is honesty. Ronnie explained the problems clearly, and I am reasonably technical and handy, so I know they were accurate. He explained what the cost would be depending on which problem it turned out to be. After testing and completing the first repair, everything was working properly. This saved me $350 + tax over the cost of what would have been step 2. My experience with the home repair industry in general is that many businesses will opt for the highest possible repair cost option as a first step. Unrelated to this business and its service, the worst case in my recent experience was a quote for $4,500 for a plumbing job that I ultimately had done for $450. Sorry I can't refer to that business by name because of possible retaliation or charges of defamation, etc. I only review positive service. Negative service reviews have to remain word-of-mouth, so you won't see any from me online. Earlier review for repair of my AC system: Professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Ronnie returned my call within 15 minutes and arrived within 2 hours as expected. The work was done quickly and effectively. Ronnie also went above and beyond what was expected to verify that everything was working properly.

He then just went straight to filling my unit with Freon which he said I needed 3 pounds of and only spent about 5 minutes filling it up which I think was way too fast to fill up 3 pounds. Every time I changed the filters, they would get caught on something, so I finally decided to take a closer look. Besides the screws sticking out where the filter sits, I found a huge gap between the unit and the duct. Essentially, the system has been cooling the attic as well. I called Scaran, and they told me the installation is out of warranty. This is the last time I'll be dealing with this company.

Theresa, the dispatcher said they would send some guys over the next day. They came Tuesday and fixed the problem. Awesome service. Breezin' goes above and beyond. Our air handler and condenser are very difficult to access yet Sean O'Conner and his partner identified the issue, went to an electric supply shop, replaced the part and our HVAC has been working better than ever. We have struggled with our HVAC for more than a decade and have had various HVAC repair companies who were never able to clearly identify our HVAC problems. Some HVAC companies wanted money for just showing up without fixing our HVAC. Breezin' HVAC is transparent with their itemized invoice.
