I first want to recognize Steven, who was the reason we chose Sam's in the first place. We had another contract signed with a larger company, but after meeting Steven, his professionalism, honesty, and the way he treated us like family gave us the confidence to cancel that contract and move forward with Sam's instead. He took the time to answer every question, never made us feel rushed, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. Installation day only reinforced that we made the right choice. A huge thank you to Oleh and Stas!!! These two are true professionals and masters of their craft. From the moment they arrived, it was obvious they took pride in their work. They were incredibly knowledgeable, meticulous, and thorough throughout the entire installation of our new Trane air conditioning system. Every detail mattered to them, and it shows in the quality of their workmanship. What impressed me just as much was the respect they showed for our home. They worked cleanly, protected the work areas, cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way. They installed both of our Nest smart thermostats and room sensors perfectly and made sure everything was working exactly as it should before they left. Even our dog loved them, which says a lot! I also want to recognize Anton, who reached out the morning of the installation to answer a few last-minute questions and later called just to check in on how everything was going. That level of communication and follow-up is rare these days. He explained everything clearly, was incredibly genuine, and made us feel like we were more than just another job on the schedule. What stood out most throughout this entire experience was the people. Every person we interacted with cared about doing the job right and making sure we were happy. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. Sam's is fortunate to have employees like Steven, Oleh, Stas, and Anton representing their company. They have earned our trust, and that's something that can't be bought. Thank you for treating our family with such care and for turning what started as a frustrating experience into one we can genuinely feel great about. We'll absolutely be returning to Sam's for any future HVAC needs, and I'll gladly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company that stands behind its work. Referral is the best compliment I can give, and Sam's has certainly earned ours.

Theresa, the dispatcher said they would send some guys over the next day. They came Tuesday and fixed the problem. Awesome service. Breezin' goes above and beyond. Our air handler and condenser are very difficult to access yet Sean O'Conner and his partner identified the issue, went to an electric supply shop, replaced the part and our HVAC has been working better than ever. We have struggled with our HVAC for more than a decade and have had various HVAC repair companies who were never able to clearly identify our HVAC problems. Some HVAC companies wanted money for just showing up without fixing our HVAC. Breezin' HVAC is transparent with their itemized invoice. They take the time to explain, so regular people can understand. I cannot thank Breezin' HVAC, the Montagues, Theresa and Sean O' for excellent, quality service. I recommend them highly with confidence.

When I replied that he should refund the payment I had made, he did so immediately and for that I am most appreciative.
