Love you guys! Wow. I just read the post from John V. I am the lady mentioned in his post that accused him of being on drugs. This guy is seriously out of his mind and I cannot believe the garbage spewing from his mouth. First off, Sheldon was nothing but helpful. I couldn't help myself when I overheard him telling Sheldon that he was being condescending. Apparently John V was upset because he claimed that he spent $800 at the store, which I doubt, because if he had he would have been keeping track of them and they couldn't have been at 0 . Sheldon couldn't do anything about his points and he was telling him what to do and this John V. started verbally assaulting Sheldon and getting irate. At this point I had to say something. I told him that he was abusing the customer privilege and treating Sheldon badly; that Sheldon was doing nothing but trying to tell him how to resolve the problem by calling the rewards companies customer service number. I asked John V. if he called and said no. Uh.....that's how you get your issue resolved. Poor Sheldon having to deal with this douche. He couldn't say anything but be a good employee and tell John that he was sorry he couldn't be of more assistance. John puffed up his chest, started yelling and screaming at Sheldon and myself so he was asked to leave. That's when the threats came in, that he was going to destroy Create-a-Cigg on Facebook, Yelp and Twitter. He took a stack of business cards and went outside and was ripping them up looking like a complete maniac and was flipping us off repeatedly. Sheldon, you did your job well. this location is by far THE create a cigg to go too. As soon as you walk in all the employees make you feel right at home, completely comfortable. Too me? it doesnt feel like a regular store where employees are pressuring you to buy, it feels more like friends helping you create the exact smoking experience you crave. Michael, danny, chris and jay know whats up with pretty much everything in the store and are all super patient with explaining anything to the new-bees as well as the regulars. Roel is a master at mixing up the most bomb flavors ive ever vaped, it may sound crazy but the way he explains the flavor combinations make them sound like some kind of decadent treat. Let's start off by saying Cam is awesome. I go to create a cig most of the time but yesterday I told a friend I'd help them get their e cig fixed for them and I went to Ciggy Shack first (what horrible customer service) because that's where she bought the ecig at. I didn't know much about the device and they acted so arrogant during the whole transaction. So after them being rude and me telling them they were being rude they kicked me out. I went to create a cig and they were awesome as usual. I knew I should've went there in the first place, but Cam helped prove that I don't need to go anywhere else for any of my vape needs. I'm a newbie to vaping, and I had never even been inside of a vape store, but Michael really went the extra mile to help me and educate me about my options! He was patient with me, allowed me to taste a few flavors before deciding on one, and provided the best customer service that I've received in quite a long time. Highly recommend Create A Cig over just about any other place. From what I've experienced, the employees are just as well trained from one location to the next and they take the time to actually find out what you need and help you with the process of getting started or fixing what you have. Jay was very helpful for me personally, he educated me on various options and once I made a purchase, demonstrated to me how to specifically use my device. I appreciated the atmosphere in the store, the culture and enthusiasm is very refreshing. Awesome place to buy e-cig and juice products, staff is great always looking out to help. There signature blends are very tasty , My favorite is Cactus Fruit, and Cali fruit ! I recommend them. I think having purchasing in bulk from china 50 or more pieces at a time cost around 13.50 an e-cig should be a bit better priced .. warranty more than a year would be great. I actually started out going to another place in Round Rock, as I was new to the Vape world. It was intimidating as hell. And so far from home that I dreaded having to go. A friend then turned me on to Ya'll. WOW, so down to earth, and explained so much, did not make me feel stupid at all. Michael at this shop is bad ass at customer service. I went in and had a mechanical problem with my vape, and he was able to diagnose the problem and tell me how to fix it myself.
