I had been into this store twice before and had left disappointed with the level of service I had received but out of desperation, I decided to give them another shot. I was being helped by a nice salesperson but then David took over and took a lot of time with me. He let me try several flavors, trying to ensure I got just what I wanted. Working as a store manager in a retail environment, I can appreciate his efforts. He genuinely wanted to make sure I got the flavors I wanted and the appropriate tank. I did not feel pressured to purchase more than I needed, even though they could have taken me to the cleaners. I USED to be a customer at All About Vapor. Those days are over. Anyone who say "these guys are pro's" is obviously a nube and dosent know anything about vaping. The people at the stores dont know anything about ecigs. Everytime I go there I have a bad experience and now I stopped going all together. All there stuff is over priced and they will sell you the wrong parts for your device. They tried to sell me a 5 pack of cartos for almost 15 bucks when I can get better quality ones from liquid express or any other ecig store in austin for 8. Also the employess dont know anything at all about what goes to what When I tried to ask about them have higher ohm cartos the cute girl working there looked at me like a deer in headlights, them she sold me a carto that didnt even fit on my device without an adapter. This is the worst vapor store i have ever visited... I walk in my chance, because I shop in a store in the same area...I was looking at tanks, started asking questions about the tanks..They were more interested in selling me Juice then selling me tanks, at the time no one as in the store..I ask about ho much the atomizers where, they stated 16.99..are u kidding me a 5 pack of them for my Protanks...look more like to me the men working there just woke up...A omen took over and they had no clue they even had a sale of their products online for 20 percent off..I do have to say the young omen as amazing, so I ill give the a 1 star for that..I anted to look at other things, but was told to seat down on the stole and try juices...OK I did..in the store the juice taste good enough to buy..Stated it was 50/50 VG.. That is untrue I have tons of 50/50 VG..I guess then she premix the juice.I got it home and tried it in my Protank 2 using a SVD mod, just plain awful...I that it steep for 5 days..still bad,,I use told that id I didn't like the juice there is a 7 day money back on all their juices..I will be bringing it back.before the 7yh day..........I would have to let this juice steep for months...Needless to say 4 bottles I didn't even open and only use 2 ml out of one..I think they actually think e are stupid...Maybe a good place for newbies, not for the more experience vapors...The young lady as great, the rest of the staff needed more sleep...This is not the place go for people looking for Top self e-juice... read more

So I went in here last week because they are close to where I live. Normally I would go all the way across town to get my juice at the place that set me up originally..but being that I live in Austin..and was close to being out of juice I thought i'd give them a try. MISTAKE! The mgr greeted me when I walked in the door and was very nice..this is where the good experience ended...I requested my flavor and mixture and he tells the girl to make it for me...it was by far the WORST tasting butterscotch I've ever had..it has no flavor! So anyways, while i'm waiting for her someone else walks in that must have been important to her..she starts flirting with him and ignoring what she is doing to my juice..the mgr offers us to try some other flavors while we wait but we can't do that because another employee and his friend are hogging up everything..they look stoned out of their minds and could give two shits if a new customer wanted to try some flavors...finally I turn around to see if my juice is ready yet and the chick that was "helping" me is all over this new person and i'm wondering where my juice is at...its been 10 minutes now and i'm still waiting...finally I look over to the register and see it sitting behind the computer screen..I walk over there and stand for another 2 minutes before someone else decides they want to help me check out! You people SUCK! Every customer that walks in ur shop should be treated like they are your top priority until they leave the store...I will NEVER go back there..I would rather drive in traffic for 30 minutes to get great customer service and the best juice i've had over at the Phoenix! Cam is the SHIT!!! Come here now! I got a new tank in the mail off Amazon the other day and for some reason my mod decided to stop working. Fortunately for me Cam over at the vape shop had my back. Within about a minute of walking in the door he had assessed the problem and provided a solution. He recommended a 30ml bottle of some delicious cucumber juice, and helped me choose the best battery for my mod. Needless to say, I will be back. read more

Just an update to state, that I was able to contact the head office, and spoke with a very friendly guy there who got back to me within a couple of weeks with the details their suppliers sent them. I appreciate the fact that they made an effort, even though they were still largely unable to offer me any substantial evidence that any of the claims they make are true or verifiable. This all was happening right around the time the first study of E-cigarettes came out and showed that the vapor also contains metals-such as copper, lead, and others... this is due to the fact that when you're vaping, the solder on the e-cigs hardware is ALSO vaporizing and so I have opted out of using this method as a smoking alternative. Im not all that into the idea of trading the devil you know for the devil you don't. So in summation, the staff here IS friendly, and received my feedback with good form and professionalism, so Im upping the rating one star, but pretty much all of my other complaints still stand, I am suspicious of the "safety" of this stuff as a smoking alternative, and the company (probably as good as any of their competitors) just can't assuage my concerns. read more

Got a bottle of liquid & it started scorching, i changed the atomizer 2 more times and the same result. I took the bottle back because the mixture was wrong & I was told they only have a flavor guarantee & they would not replace it due to the mix being bad. Ya, scorched juice tastes good. This store sells cheap, low quality knock offs. If you call and ask about being sold a knock off or trying to return it, you are greeted with an extremely rude attitude and will be told that "we never said they were joyetech. We just said it was an Ego. Which it is, besides they are all the same. you never asked" I also was sold wicks that didn't even fit and weren't made for the tanks I had purchased. Every employee even the owner says something different. They knowingly sold me a broken battery unit on my first time. When I went in to return it they said they couldn't but would give me a 20% discount on a new one. What? I told them I wouldn't be buying a new one and had them look at it again. Only then did they discover it had a manufacturer's defect and took it back. No refunds. Only store credit, great. They sold it knowingly because when I bought it I asked why it wasn't working correctly and one employee noticed the damage and told the owner, the owner brushed him off and they sold it anyways. When I left the store, the employee admitted to another one that he knew the whole time it was broken. I was informed this over the phone when I called. Very unprofessional, very overpriced, and just straight liars. Don't waste your money on this garbage. read more

Went to check out the new location after having had a really bad one at the Palmer store. MISTAKE! Wow, these guys are a joke. I don't understand why these guys can't get it right.. The staff is friendly enough, but totally clueless about vaping. They don't carry ANY joyetech products at all, which after a little research found that they are on Joyetechs website as blacklisted for selling knock off products. WOW. So you're telling me you are selling strickly knock off stuff, for MORE than every other vape shop in town, your staff are idiots (but nice), and your juice tastes like medicine, and being made in a totally unsanitary mannar. NO GLOVES?! And this seems like a good business model to you? Don't bother with this place. Phoenix, or All About Vapor is a much better choice. and now the new All About Vapor is open on Airport...I'm in. learned my lesson here. Don't do it! The only reason this store gets 2 stars is because I did actually stop smoking cigarettes. Unfortunately going to this store in particular (haven't been to any of their other stores) caused me many a headache and gas. The review the other guy gave with 1 star sums it up about the products they sale. Not knowing anything at all about this market allowed them to claim that the hardware they have and sell is to the same standard as other "top" manufacturers and was " the shit" the batteries I ended up purchasing both broke within a month from coming unglued and breaking. Also be careful what you buy. They also are selling returned defective hardware back to their unsuspecting customers. I had a variable voltage twist on back order. They call me up 2-3 weeks after requesting the product and tell me to come because it had come in. So I drive up there for no other reason except to pick this battery I had ordered. I buy the battery at full price, and it doesn't come in any sort of box, but figure maybe they all Come like that... As I am about to drive away I twist my tank onto the Var. Vol battery and get nothing. The battery is broken permanently and does not work. I go back in the store and find out that he sold me a battery that someone had just returned and he obviously didn't test or check it, nor made me aware that the product I was purchasing for almost double the cost. Here is the worst part. So after all of that, Chris I think his name was then told me that he would be unable to refund my money because there wasn't a manager around.
