Recently Vape City has made changes to their loyalty program. After being reassured from staff that the points would be transferred over and 4 visits into the shop over the last 3 months leaving my information each time to inquire about it, today I was finally able to get the staff to try to speak to whoever is over them at a corporate level and was told to shove it about my original point balance. The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

A few weeks back I went into the store and while I was waiting there was a female customer being…read morevery combative with the clerk, you could see it was making her feel uncomfortable as the lady was complaining about a vape she had just gotten four days prior, so another female tried to de-escalate the issue. But even when the second clerk tried to help the customer was complaining about the policies. And just kept going on and on. They offered her discount 5.00; she wanted a 25% discount of a 20.00 vape. If she knew math she'd know she was getting just that. She went on to say she was a hair dresser and if she messed up a client's hair she'd fix it for free. As the worker explained that she could give her the 5.00 discount and she could reach out to the vape company. At this point it was out of her control and was simply following the manager's policy. I told the lady customer she needed to tone it down because from the moment I had gotten there she was being combative, rude, and had changed the environment to negative energy. I ended up not purchasing anything and apologized to the two workers For the rude and in acceptable behavior from the customer. I stepped in. Because I am a business owner and would not accept that kind of behavior in my place of business and would never allow my employees to be treated like this. The woman was never asked to leave by the employees however I did tell her she needed to leave because she was being so rude. At the end of the day. She wanted something free. And the girls offered her different price point items made different suggestions, a 5.00 discount and nothing they offered was what she wanted. She just kept complaining about policy how she hated policy over all every where. The poor girls even apologized to her for the inconvenience. I always come in and the staff is friendly and always so clean. I come in all the way from San Marcos. I really hope Management knows what a great employee they have Gaby and Jahaz are so helpful when.

It was my first time at ACL and well I wanted to be cool. I had heard about these e-cigs/vapors. It reminded me very much of a hookah, but portable. I love all the different flavors so I was very intrigued. My hotel was just down the street from this particular shop and they were going to have their soft opening Saturday morning. I figured I'd check it out and see what they had to offer. If I saw something I liked I'd have myself some fun at ACL!!! I stepped in a little before they were officially ready to open, but the owners/employees were nice enough to let me in and preview the joint. I ended up trying out a wide variety of flavors at their tasting station. They have tips so you can take it off and try as many flavors as you like before purchasing. I fell in love with the Space Jam - Astro. So I decided to go ahead and purchase one of their basic intro packages. They were having all kinds of specials the first day so I ended up getting another flavor too. The build out is very sleek. I could see myself just chilling in the back and studying while puffing on some Vapor.
