First time trying Creamistry at the Menifee location. The ice cream was delicious and customer service was great.

Leslie is the woMan! Most businesses won't serve customers the very last minute before closing but I was really craving a banana nitro shake and she had no problem helping us out! Took our order for four items and provided too customer service! Thank you leslie! read more

Best customer service around....which is hard to find. I ordered one of their newest sweet treats and was pretty impressed. The price is right and the employees were very engaging. I will definitely be returning in the near future. Thanks Creamistry!!!! Okay...so fast forward to 7/25/18... my experience was nothing less than a royal disaster. For an establishment that sells two servings of ice cream for $20...the OWNER and staff should be a bit more friendly. I asked if they could split my very large ice cream treat into two cups and the OWNER lied to me and said that the general manager does not allow this. I guess he forgot that I am a fellow restaurant owner in the area and we've chatted in the past about his struggling business in Menifee. The girl made my ice cream wrong for my kids and became angry at me and snatched it back when they began to cry because it wasn't made correctly. Please go somewhere else if you are looking for a sweet treat. The place was dirty, nasty and so were there attitudes! 7/20/20 Update - this place is now under new ownership and the service is 1000 times better. You can feel the positive energy upon entering...keep up the great work! As a restaurant owner, I truly appreciate this, especially during these tough times. We will be back! read more

I stopped on here thinking it was a frozen yogurt shop. I looked at the menu and was reluctant, but finally settled on a shake. It appeared that they actually made my ice cream on the spot and then took my fresh ice cream and turned it into a shake. At $8.50 it was pricey, but once I started drinking it - it was easily worth $8.50, if not more. I am going to treat myself to one every week from this point on. Easily best shakes in the area. read more

I walked in the other day , first time wasn't greeted and I had to wait over 10 min to place my order for it to not even be worth it , it was the owner as well you'd think he'd have some customer service read more

Love Creamisty! I was able to create my own ice cream and choose the flavors I wanted. I love banana ice cream and it's hard to find it so I was so glad they had it here, I made a Banana ice cream with walnuts, brownies, caramel, and fudge. It was so delicious the process does take a little long to make but I didn't mind it. The service was great as well, Will definitely be coming back ! read more

Employees need training in customer service and expect a long wait. Upon entering neither of the two employees greeted or acknowledged us. We waited for 15 minutes as the only customers in the store while they continued to ignore us. After standing there awkwardly wondering if they were ever going to acknowledge us one of the employees finally decided to make eye contact and ask if I'd like to order. read more

Ice cream was nothing like the description or the picture. Mentioned this after one bite, was told that I'd need to pay for an entirely new ice cream. Cashier rolled her eyes when I mentioned there were no strawberries or bananas in my strawberry banana 'signature creation'. read more

Please be aware that their "new designs" are not updated on their website or on Yelp. I ordered a Pink Birthday Cake, and I was very disappointed when I received the order. The cake looked nothing like the photos online. Will not be ordering from here again. Please see the photo attached for reference. (See what's actually displayed on their site to see the difference) it's super tiny as well. Not $20 worth.... read more

It's ver dirty inside , ice cream does not taste the same either, taste weird and fake. Don't waste your time or money here.

This is the best ice cream ever, I crave it at least one a week. I get the regular with captain crunch.

I've been to this location since we moved to the area. I received a text message on Monday 9/16/19 saying "Hi ******, join us this Sat 9/22 for our 4-year celebration! Enjoy 50% off all orders 12-5pm, and freebies with purchase all day! - Creamistry - Menifee .Txt STOP to unsubscribe" Then on 9/21/19 I receive another text saying "Hi ******, tomorrow (Sun. 9/22) is our 4-year celebration! Enjoy 50% off all orders 12-5pm and freebies with purchase all day! - Creamistry - Menifee .Txt STOP to unsubscribe" So I go in on Sunday excited to get our 50% off, we even planned our dinner in the area so we can go enjoy some dessert after. We walk in, start ordering and I go to ask about the 50% off and the cashier said that the text they sent out was a mistake and that it's actually our location in Temecula. I look back at my text just be sure and it specifically stated menifee! The cashier then told me the best he could do is 10% off but let's be real what's 10% off compared to 50% off?? I then asked to talk to the manger/store owner and he tells me he's at the Temecula location so I call them about 10 times and no answer... I just feel like this mistake could have been corrected and if not then at least honor it at the location of what they sent out. I guess the location in menifee hasn't been open for 4 years but I would of never know about this since I just moved here. I was looking at reviews on yelp and I see they ID people for their birthdays to make sure they're basically telling the truth so if you hold your customers accountable or don't trust your customers same should go for the business.. I don't think I'll come back to this store owners locations again. read more

Waited 30 minutes for my ice cream. They handed me almost an empty cup. They made my Large Ice cream with another persons (2) single scoop orders and loaded their ice cream. They advised I had to wait for them to make me another one but not until they got done with all the other people in line waiting another 30 plus minutes. Sad to say I didn't get to eat ice cream, received a full refund, and lost 30 minutes of my life. read more

While there are better ice cream places when it comes to taste, Creamistry is unparalleled when it comes to texture. Seriously, this is the smoothest and creamiest ice cream I have ever had in my life. You will literally feel like you're on a cloud every time you take a bite of ice cream. The main thing I get from here is chocolate ice cream with strawberries on top, which really hits the spot. This combination is quite good, though I wish they would add a bit more strawberry on top. Service here is okay. The staff is really friendly, but they need to have more people working here on the weekends. We came in on a Friday night and there were only two associates. It was really crowded, so one associate was handling the register while the other was making the ice cream. Liquid nitrogen ice cream takes longer to make than traditional ice cream, so we waited quite a bit before we got our dessert. Another thing to note is that they stopped carrying M&M's as a topping. While minor, I find this really strange as M&M's seem to be a very popular topping for ice cream. My friend was very disappointed to find out that they no longer carry them. Overall, Creamistry is a solid ice cream spot for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth. read more

Stopped in tonight to try this place for the first time. Gotta say the experienced was ruined by a rather displeased employee. The young lady in the tan shirt washing the bowls in the back was clearly not happy about her job. All we could hear was silver bowls banging in sink, smashing on the counters by this girl. Like what did the poor bowl do to you girl!! Washing dishes does suck, but it's part of your job. Be pleasant or quit. Just a loud obnoxious environment while we were there. Oh and it didn't stop for her once she got off dish duty. She would toss stuff while making ice cream. read more

Really very slow service. For 3 ice creams it took almost 25 minutes. Over priced as well. Wont return.

I usually love cremistry. This is my first time at this location and the Caucasian brunette wearing a Grey Hansen sweater was extremity rude. I'll be back bcos i know not all your employees are like this but this girl needs some training. read more

As far as ice cream goes I'm not super extra. But this place is and I'm so glad it is. The quality blows me away. The process is amazing. Nitro. It's fun to watch, and it makes a unique taste. The staff is beyond amazing and goes the extra mile for you. Sure it's more money than a thrifty cone. But the experience and flavor is what keeps you coming back for more. This place has made three little ladies happy time and time again. Cheers! read more

Came here during our summer vacation. The staff was super friendly, you can see they all get along great. The ice cream was sooooo creamy it was unbelievable. Never had anything like it. I'm a regular here.. definitely the ONLY ice cream we go to. There soo many creations to choose from so I really don't have a favorite. I like the fact that they have vegan options. If prices dropped my dreams would be answered. My kids beg and beg to go here. It's a super exciting experience for the youngsters. Although it's a bank breaker, if you're willing to share your bowl with whom ever is in your party, you will be ok. The shop is exceptionally clean. Staff is polite. Parking is a tad awkward, but it's conveniently located in a major shopping plaza. The ice cream is out of this world good, unlike any other ice cream I've ever tasted. So soft and creamy, yet wholesome and fulfilling. Expect to pay over $20 for three scoops. read more

This review is solely based on the sad housekeeping of this location. All tables are dirty with dried ice cream... on a Wednesday afternoon?? We were not greeted when we came in, employee came out from the back after a minute, still no greeting. 4 of the ingredients we asked for were out of stock. How are you out of strawberries, bananas, and honey when you are located next to a grocery store? Our large ice cream was supposed to include a vanilla waffle and it did not Ice cream quality was as expected. Bathroom was dirty, no seat covers, no soap. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Okay I went there tonight and the ice cream is delicious but the customer service there sucks they were very rude I understand you have a bad day at work but you don't take it out on every customer and if you don't feel like being at work guess what you shouldn't go be a square lid she just slid it on the counter I asked for a bag again she just threw it on the counter very rude terrible customer service read more
