There is always a line, but you can't expect this to be as fast as getting ice cream from McDonald's, they make everything to order!! Terrible service. I walked in to 3 girls who are supposed to be "working" yet all they wanted to do was gossip. No one even acknowledged that we walked in. Came her right before closing to get an ice cream cake for my husbands bday. Gavin and rebecca (I had to ask them for their names because they were so nice and I wanted to right a review!) were working and greeted me so nicely ! I was not expecting that coming to a place that's just about to close. You can tell the 2 of them take lots of pride in their jobs. I actually had just come from baskin robin's where they were not nearly as helpful so I left. I'm so glad I came to creamistry. Sooooooooo good! Ordered the cashew base cap n crunch nitro shake. You can definitely taste the cashew with little cereal bites. We came in because it was a perfect day for ice cream. I had the strawberry bond, and me daughter had a birthday cake scoop w/mochi. Both delicious, but I have to say I am seriously turned off by the practice of tipping before you try what you order. I did not see an option to not tip on the screen, so I felt compelled to tip a certain amount. I like to tip cash, but looking over I saw 2 tip bowls, I guess one for each person working w/their names on each bowl, which I think IS a major eye sore, since they work as a team. The ice cream is fantastic, but between the high prices and weird tip vibe I got, I'm kinda turned off by this location. The one in temecula doesn't have separate tip bowls. Seems almost greedy. Came in to a dirty location, no toilet paper no seat covers no soap.... all tables were dirty they had one family already seated and eating ice cream... We came in no greeting by associate... The staff was really nice. That really made our visit special. My daughter got the Birthday cake with marshmallow fluff and it was divine. My husband got the chocolate with caramel sauce mixed in and it was delish! I got the mint and chip and did not like it. The manager was amazing. He helped get me another flavor and put my new ice cream order ahead and I got it really fast. I would give this 5 stars except for the atmosphere. WHOO!! Service definitely has improved since my last visit! I came back 06/30/2022 and it was absolutely fantastic! There was three people working and everyone seemed to be enjoying it, the young man I saw last time was even looking like he was having a great time! I saw the young lady again and she was killing it with the ice creams! Ehhhhhhhhh....first time ever at Creamistry. We walked in and no one in line but 5-6 waiting for orders. Only 2 people working which is too little for how much is involved with making a single order. Asian woman did not seem happy to be there at all and the guy at the cash register gave me a very minor discount, like a dollar, for waiting shy of 10 minutes while they made the orders before I could order. So at 12:20PM you're already out of ingredients but they open at 12 so that means the ran out yesterday and the owner just chose to not resupply the night before and based on some other reviews I've read it's appears this isn't the first time. Not wanting to leave with nothing I ordered a strawberry bond and upon receiving it noticed that he only put 4 tiny cheesecake bites all jammed to one side. $7.50 for a small and u get one scoop of vanilla, strawberry sauce and four cheesecake bites? I've been here 16 times and these past two times have been TERRIBLE. The quality of a creamistry ice cream should be stellar and it usually is (when I come during the day). However, the night shift just isn't cutting it. The machine breaks down mid stir so its ruining the quality of the ice cream. It is typically hard when I get it..frozen. These past two times, because of the breakdown and the staff turning it on and off on and off on my stir, the ice cream is WATERY. Last time (and this time) I had bad diarrhea because of it. This time I told the staff about this so they made me a new one. I should've asked for a refund...it was watery and tasted like milk. It was supposed to be cotton candy. It wasn't as if the staff was friendly during this time either. A group of ten people came in and walked right back out after waiting. If I were the owner, I'd be angry that my staff turned away that big of a group. I didnt write a review last time, but I needed to this time. You lost a loyal customer.
