Taste: What taste? I ordered strawberry icecream with cheesecake bites. It did not taste like strawberries at all, it really didn't have any kind of taste. Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. There was no one in the ice cream shop today when we arrived. We placed our order and we have been waiting 20 minutes for it to come out. There are 8 employees behind the counter joking and laughing while we're here waiting when we're the only ones in the restaurant. One of our orders came out and it was incorrect. I asked the girl about my order being incorrect and just rolled her eyes and turned around and ignored me. No "I'm sorry" or anything. And they still gave me the wrong order almost ten minutes after that. Nothing from the manager on shift about her reaction either. Sorely disappointed. Plenty of parking and easy to find if you use Yelp map. Direct address on GPS lead me further down the feeder... It is super noisy inside. Is the ice cream suppose to be creamy? I mean it's called creamistry for a reason I suppose because nitrogen ice cream is creamier. But our ice cream was not creamy at all. It was actually too cold? I know that sounds funny but it was kind of difficult to eat because it was still too frozen. It got so frustrated that I just set it aside and waited maybe 15 minutes until it melted enough to be able to scoop it up. Modern, hip, decor. This seems like the new trend with ice cream. The ice cream by itself is not anything to write home about but when combined with bananas and captian crunch, it was really delicious. They also had one with Expresso, which was very good also. It does take about 10-15 minutes to get the product, which is the only downside I saw about the whole experience. This was on a Monday night when it wasn't very busy. This is hands down the best ice cream! It is so thick and creamy! We were loyal Marble Slab ice cream customers but haven't been back since we tried Creamistry!!! We love it! The employees always say "hi" and "thank you" right when you enter and leave. While sitting down and enjoying your ice cream, they come out and offer you fresh iced water. They also have cool high chairs that are tall so you can sit at the tall tables with your kiddos. read more

Is was Friday night and was pack, I had pistachio, chocolate, and green tea before. Since, I go with my friend, she recommends try taro flavor. So, there taro was good, but doesn't have the real textual of the taro. I wish that they have real taro. There price is very high, if you don't be careful what you add. They can go up to $11-$15 easily. My friend had coffee and Nutella. It taste super yummy and rich flavor. The cashiers was friendly, enthusiastic, nice. Is was a long line, it took us a while to get order but is doesn't seem like it because we always talk and didn't realize that we next. They also have the reward program that you could apply with your phone number or an ap. If you earn enough points you will receive a free ice cream. We was lucky even though they was pack, but we can still able to find a table to sit. My friend and I have a great time. Don't be startled when you walk in and get ambushed by the hellos from the employees! The menu is a little overwhelming. I meant I got a little bit confused because I'm so used to fruity pebbles and cinnamon toast crunch as a topping not flavor. And $1 a topping is a bit much. A small is already running you $5.95 while a large with free waffle is like $8.95. They should at least include one or two toppings for free in my opinion. I got the mango sorbet with strawberries while my husband got the coffee milk ice cream. Both had good flavor and texture. It was around $14 for 2 small cups of ice cream. Pricey! And it takes a while to get your ice cream. And you have to order any toppings you want at the front of the line BEFORE your ice cream is even made. But the toppings are on the other end of the store so you just have to know what you want beforehand. Just seems a little backwards to me. I get that they want you to pay first to avoid spending all that time making the ice cream but at least put the toppings near the register so I can see what y'all have to offer. And $1.25 for whipped cream? Are y'all serious? That's almost the price of an entire can. But I will say the ice cream is very good. Their system is a little messy but the ice cream is damn good. My niece recommended coming here for dessert last night after dinner. The concept is unique definitely haven't seen this before. The ordering line was a bit long but it moved fairly quickly. As a first time customer it was a bit overwhelming on how to order. The guy who took our order didn't really explain their concept well so I just ordered on a whim and hoped for the best. The wait to receive your ice cream after ordering was a bit long. Once we received our order it was good but definitely have had better for a lower price elsewhere. The guy who was supposed to be cleaning the dining room was more concerned with talking to his buddy than actually working so we had to clean off our own table. Overall the experience wasn't bad - just wasn't great. I doubt I would return to this establishment but it was worth giving it a try. read more
