I knew about the Ala Moana, Kahala Mall, Kamehameha Shopping Center, and Windward Mall stores. The other locations include Mililani, Waianae, Mililani, Pearl City, and Kapolei. Jeans Warehouse is known for their reasonably priced merchandise. Besides Jeans, they have dresses, hair accessories, plushies, purses, footwear, pens, costume jewelry, fragrances, and more! I really liked the Hawaiian print attire and reusable bags! I saw Sanrio items and one Cony and Brown squishy set! Service was cheerful and efficient. I was asked if the reusable bags were gifts... The title of the business was also interesting to me, so I walked in... The air-conditioning was wonderful! I liked the spacious, organized, bright, clean environment! I specifically wanted to see the Iwa collab pieces in person, especially the deep green set, because I wanted to get an idea of the fit before purchasing. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the customer service we received. The employee working at the time didn't greet us when we walked in and seemed to give us an unfriendly look. Later, when the store got less busy and she did say hello, the tone came across as a bit dismissive and like she didn't really want to be there. When I asked if I could try on the set to check the fit, she told me "you can throw it over your clothes" in a pretty sassy tone. If there aren't fitting rooms available, that's completely understandable, but a simple explanation like "sorry, we don't have fitting rooms" would have come across much more welcoming. Because of the interaction, the overall experience left a sour taste and I ended up leaving without buying anything, even though I had come specifically to shop there. My husband and mom also mentioned they felt like we were being watched closely the whole time, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. I was really hoping for a better first visit since I genuinely wanted to support the store and purchase some items. Hopefully this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Been going here for almost three years. And Rip Curl along with the entire outlet offered a 'no…read moreasterisk' military discount on top of any other discount, until today (it's an outlet). There is actually a 'star' in almost EVERY window stating they "proudly offer a military discount". See the photo. So either stick to what the window says and stack ANY discount you offer to the general public to recognize and take care of your military ... as advertised (at an outlet...again), or put an asterisk next to the advertisement for those like Rip Curl who won't do it this because they feel the military may bankrupt them on final discounted items, Or better, just take the star out of your window and let the customers ask about your discount policy at the register. It's a very small way to "proudly" honor your active service members on 'anything' in your store...at any price.
