I don't mean to be high maintenance, but they should have dropped what they were doing and got my order versus telling me I had to wait after everyone else. My order was scheduled ahead of everyone else and they let someone grab it. They need to fix their process in dealing with door dashers and they certainly need to make sure that they are not just letting anyone pick up anyone's order.
