This place has not disappointed us in the last 5 years, But we do always get the crazzy boil with Crabs , shrimp. Crawfish, sausage , potato's and corn. Inside hasn't change but they do sometimes play music a bit to loud and does attract a bit of a rowdy crowd which I'm not a fan of. The service is normally good but BEWARE and CHECk YOUR ITEMIZED RECEIPT. We were charged for a patron margarita (which we were told they were out of Patron) and 18 % service charge was automatically included on the tab (we were a party of 3). I ordered Combo #6-Sad to say that the crab was overcooked so it was tough to get out of the shell. The shrimp was mushy so I threw it out. I pulled up here with some friends on a rainy Thursday night. It was my first time here, and as usual, I was looking for crab legs and strong drinks lol. We were seated in a booth by the window. There's plenty of table and booth seating, as well as a huge bar area and lots of TVs. This is a good spot to come and watch games. The music they played was on point as well, I really enjoyed it and it contributed to the vibes. There are QR codes at the tables, and the server also brought over some paper menus, which I appreciated. We ended up ordering the Crazee hurricane, top shelf Margarita, and baller. All of the drinks were good - the hurricane was a little too sweet, but I liked it. The margarita had a taijin rim and was nice and strong. That's pretty much where my good experience ends. I got a boil combo in the Rajun Cajun sauce. It was nasty - it tasted like they tossed the boil in some hot sauce and sprinkled paprika on top. I asked for some garlic butter on the side to mix in with my boil, and that made it infinitely better. On top of that, the bartender got into a fight with a patron at the bar. They stopped the music and everything, and the police were called. At that point, we had ordered another round of drinks, but clearly nobody was making them because she was too busy arguing. When we asked to get the drinks taken off or comped, they refused. So on top of a poor first experience, the customer service is nonexistent. Based on the fact that the manager did not try to make my experience better, and because of the flavor of the boil, I do not recommend this place. After driving back home from a 10 hour drive. We wanted to go to our favorite place. Went in there during normal business hours. I guess they were having a party or something but no one was working but 1 lady whom I have never seen before was working. We placed our order we were interrupted by a lady in pink asking for rice on a tab. We placed our order to later be told they didn't have eggs. Which is part or every seafood boil. We go to sit at the bar to wait for a drink the same lady in the pink pulls a chair from me and says you can't sit here. Very very rudely. The music was insanely loud I guess it was a holiday party or the lady whose birthday it was but it was louder than usual. If there was a company party going on they should have closed for business or even opened later. The older lady was nice and tried her best but a ing a full bar and working alone is a recipe for disaster. We were tryin to be understanding but once we got home we found our food was all wrong. Went to Crazee Crab on a Friday night. Was a little busy when we arrived, but got busier the longer we were there. We were seated immediately. The service was good. I ordered the grilled salmon with veggies and my friend ordered the grilled TX redfish with dirty rice. The salmon was cooked very well and had great flavor. I ordered the veggies and was surprised by the cold tomatoes with the broccoli. The grilled TX redfish was a little overdone, but as my friend got to thicker parts of the fish is was cooked better. If you're going to make your sausage that expensive, then at least get some better sausage. Tasted so cheap. Let me tell you about the crawfish.....BLAND and was hella spicy. We decided to hit this spot for a birthday celebration. Our group of eight was seated right away without any wait, which was especially nice with it being a Saturday night. Half of the party had been here before and half of us were first timers. The server brought out menus and explained to us how it worked. You pick your food selections and your marinade/mix. While we waited for the food, the server passed out plastic bibs and gloves and that's when we knew we were in for a good old messy time. After a little while, the food selection came out "boiled" in a big plastic bag. You cut the bag open and once the steam settles you're left with a delicious mix of seafood, meat, corn and potatoes. They provide garlic butter to dip your seafood in as well. Although it was messy, the food was absolutely delicious! This isn't just a dinner; it is an experience for all of your senses. Definitely a one of a kind encounter. This type of experience does come at a price but it's definitely worth it. He knows us well, and always gives us such a great service. The restaurant is clean, and we usually go during lunchtime during the weekday, so it's not very busy but there are a few tables that are taken. We usually can sit anywhere we'd like, they have booths and table and they have a full-service bar that you can sit and eat. Employees do wear masks however if you are vaccinated you do not have to wear a mask.We usually get the make your own seafood boil. We get the " get crazee "seasoning which for us is the best! It has all the flavors of salty a little bit of sweet garlic very savory taste! It will not disappoint! Their seafood is so fresh, taste so fresh and it always comes out fast! Make sure you get their toast! It's not on the menu but it is so good! We usually eat it with the seafood boil. My wife seemed to like it tho This is my 2nd time here and I ordered the jambalaya pasta a side of broccoli and my son got chicken nuggets or strips or whatever they were. The pasta was good. We got it to go and it held its heat for a 15-20 minute ride home. I wish the pasta was spicy. The flavors were slightly creamy and savory. I ate half of the pasta and I am stuffed. Great portions!! Plenty have raved about Crazee Crab. Fedge and I even put it on "Our List". We (mainly I) add movies, eats, museums, destination spots and whatever else i feel like doing with him. Happy Hour, or HH, was happening during our visit from 4-7 pm (Monday-Thursday & all day Sunday). HH is pretty standard. Wells, beer bottles and drafts. They did have martinis with a variety of flavors and select wine. We got a mango martini and bud light and placed an order for gator bites. Fried deliciously and served with a Honey Dijon Chutney. If you're unfamiliar with gator, it's very tender and moist. Definitely tastes like chicken! I loved the chutney with the bites though. It added a sweet, savory combination to the meat. We got the Baby Boil #4. Comes with (2) Snow Crab Clusters, (1/2) lb of shrimp and (3/each) Corn & Potatoes. Fedge also ordered the Crawfish Étouffée to take home with us later. The Get Crazee (House Sauce) was delicious. Not spicy but carried a mild heat that could be enjoyed be even the pickiest spicy eater. Seasoned perfectly and not too greasy or buttery! I really enjoyed the sauce. I was really disappointed that the crab was so hollow. There was hardly any meat inside the legs or the clusters; in order for for both of us to get full we would've needed another bag. There was also not any more seafood options. No mussels, oysters, clams, octopus or lobster. Just 4 options here. I'm honestly pretty upset with the attempt on the étouffée. My best equivalent is Campbell's canned gumbo. My husband and I stopped in to have lunch. The credit card machine was down and so they were only accepting cash or zelle. Lol we paid via zelle. My husband had fried catfish/shrimp with fries and a salad. I had the baby boil #1 with the Rajin Cajun sauce. I didn't like the sauce, it was basically regular hot sauce extremely watered down. I should have gotten the other sauce. The snow crab and crawfish were cooked nicely and my husband's margarita was mid but he finished it.
