I stopped by Temptations for the first time today after leaving a concert, and the whole experience felt genuinely welcoming. Coming from a diverse background, I really pay attention to how a place treats people, and the hostess made me feel comfortable the second I walked in. She had this warm, friendly energy that just put me at ease. I actually went back before leaving because her kindness stood out so much that I wanted to know her name. I'm pretty sure she said Margot, and she deserves all the credit for making my first visit such a good one. Temptations has great vibes, and Margot's hospitality sealed the deal for me. The food is OVERRRRRRRRRRRR priced like hell. The customer service needs a lot of work and I'm talking all around; the door men/bouncers, the waiters, the bartenders, etc. I'm not a fan of this place at all. And, the bathroom was disgusting. If the quality of the food matched the price I wouldn't be upset but coming from the east coast to here-- I'm not impressed. The DJ is bad it's just an overall flop, imo. Drinks are watered & iced down. I'm not a drinker, means I literally drink once a year & I could not taste anything in my drink. Nor my colleagues. I come because I don't want to drink far but if something else was closer I would check them out. And the music before 10p is clearly just a streaming because the music was all over the place. Decided to meet up with a guy friend to hang. It was bikers night, so the crowd was okay. Wasn't too busy, which was good especially bc this whole covid thing. Ordered a drink patron with cranberry juice. It arrived in a small ass cup, and wasn't even full. They literally filled it halfway. The bad the nerve to charge me $9 for it. On top of that, they had a covid cupping fee of $4. Also the waitress stated since I ordered a drink, I also had to order food. Not mad at her bc I'm sure she she was just doing as told. Me and my girlfriends came here for a night out! We came on a weekday. Parking is super easy and FREE! just park anywhere in the giant lot. It's next to a scrub store and a Thai place. When we came, we didn't know if you came after 10:30, you have a $10cover charge for men or women. When I came last year right when they opened, they ever charged. But we sat down and we even got a chance to meet the owner and he let us have a section, food, and drinks complimentary! We were so grateful because we had blast!! Sometimes they have hookah which is a really nice touch !! The girls are pretty and they are so nice and helpful, the service is awesome. And the food omg the food is delicious! Came on a Wednesday night. It was pretty dead and the bartender still wasn't very attentive. She was actually not friendly at all. Killed my vibe so I left. This place would've been cool. It has swings on one side of the bar. $5 don julio & paleta shots on Wednesday. However, Casa migos is overpriced, 1 shot was $13. On top of that they searched our bags which is fine but they wouldn't let my boyfriend in because he was wearing a white muscle shirt (because he gave me his tshirt to wear at the bar before). They bouncer wouldn't let us in until I gave him his shirt back? I don't know how it made a difference. But literally no one was there and we didn't even look gang affiliated at all. We also had about 8 to our party and no one else was was stopped even tho others had on white tshirts. I might give this place another try but hopefully different people are working. read more

And when I say swing I mean it literally. They have a few swings hanging from the ceiling at the bar for you to sit in. Temptations is cool. If you wanna "party" go on a Friday or Saturday after 9. DJ normally stsrts about them and there is typically a cover after 10. Sometimes ladies are free. And I get asked this a lot... NO ITS NOT A STRIPCLUB. It's just a bar! They have food too! The food was absolutely terrible. I went on a Saturday and we were required to purchase food with the purchase of drinks. They didn't have several things on their menu. Ended up getting hot wings they were terrible. Service was slow and terrible, they were out of several mixes and juices for drinks including pineapple juice. So when we asked for a Hennessy on the rocks our waitress came back 30 minutes later with a shot. To top it off we were charged $2 per cup for COVID. It wasn't packed at all but the service was slower than anywhere I've ever been during or pre Covid. I made a simple suggestion to the terribly dressed manager/owner whatever he would like to call himself. To make sure the waiters give back ID's. I paid I should not have to ask for it back. He had the audacity to tell me that it was my responsibility. No you shouldn't ask for people ID' s especially if you know they are going to purchase alcohol and think they are going to remember an ID. Clearly shows how you care about your customers. A simple apology and a reminder to the waitresses to return peoples property.
