Took another 25 minutes for the waitress to even come back to the table for me to notify her and ask for a refund. A "manager" then came to the table and didn't even look at my food. Furthermore, it was agreed that hotel guests with wristbands could attend our event, but on the day of the event, the front desk staff began issuing wristbands to anyone, causing confusion. I intervened to restrict access to our private event, at which point a security guard approached me aggressively, stating that I had no authority and should allow the individuals to enter the bar area. I refused and attempted to speak with the owner, who responded by threatening to call the Fort Worth Police and claiming that I had touched him. My wife intervened, and the security guard attempted to assault her, prompting me to step in and protect her. The security guard then made a motion to draw his handgun, at which point my business partner warned him against doing so. We left the premises due to the hostile environment, and I was subsequently detained by the police. We are aware that the owner provided false information to the police, as he claimed that the security guard did not have a gun, despite having over 25 eyewitnesses who would testify otherwise. I questioned the police about the security guard's intentions during the heated conversation, and he stated that he was reaching for his phone. It is worth noting that the hotel's security cameras may have captured the incident. I advise others to avoid Zuri Lounge due to this experience. They will be out of business soon, for doing bad business- Food 0 Hotel 7 Management -0 the worst I have experienced
