NOT WORTH IT - WORST CRAWFISH I EVER HAD 2 hours in line for this. the guy who took my order , didn't told me that mild means that the crawfish is just boiled in water. I find out until the cashier told me, even tho I told them both it was my first time and for me mild means just not spicy but you expect some seasoning. I told her when I was paying I didn't wanted if is just boiled it and she keep saying "you will be fine " in rude way. This crawfish are LITERALLY the most smallest tales I have ever seen. The BEST crawfish hands down. We have been coming here for years, since they opened. Returning customers because the crawfish is the best and the staff/service is always amazing. We always look forward to crawfish season because this is where we know we won't be disappointed. There is always a line, but it's worth the wait. Friendly atmosphere and BYOB. First off the place gives prejudice, they don't accommodate babies in a stroller they won't allow you to sit with your party they'll make you sit on the complete opposite side of your party. Fun, casual seating (picnic tables, bring your own cooler of beer, huge open space). The staff is great if your a first timer, or if you're a known crawfish lover looking for something new (my waitress recommended her favorite dip 'red sauce', which was a bit of cooking liquid, lemon juice and the dry seasoning - so tart and spicy!) I've seen the wait lines in pictures but I always get there early and do not have to wait very long, if at all. Make sure you get their garlic infused butter dip. Yoooooooooooo...It is fantastic. It's garlic infused butter. It sets off whatever you dip into it. I am very disappointed with this place I have heard many good things about it in the past and I was excited to come try it out. My experience did not match my expectations and you all let me down! I would not recommend this place to anyone I am very big on customer services and the energy it brings to the restaurant.. I ordered the spicy 2 pounds of crawfish and boiled shrimp. The shrimp was not boiled it seemed to be steamed only thing was great about the shrimp was the flavor was fully thru .. not the same for the crawfish! It was seasoned on the outside but NOT THE INSIDE.. i had to use extra seasoning! Plus they were the small shrimp that is used for a po boy sandwich .. That is not BOILED SHRIMP! My 2 pounds of crawfish definitely looked on the smaller size portion .. If you are a sauce person !!! Listen up !!!!!! THEY HAVE A DIPPING SAUCE THAT IS NOT GOOD ! It is sweet! Yuck! We wanted Mayo and ketchup but the server insisted on getting us their sauce . She stated word by word "if you don't like the sauce we have we can take it back". That is not True! We tried it and didn't like it .. ask her if she could just bring the Mayo and and ketchup bowl and spoon .. not knowing that we were then charged for the condiments packets (Mayo and ketchup) without being told prior to asking for them , that we would be charged . As we received the bill we see we had additional prices added on the bill . Spoke to server and she mention that the manger told her to charge us for the packets as a dip sauce.. when the equivalence of the cup of sauce and the packets def don't add up ! I asked to the speak to the Manager .. and tbh the energy and the Careless I received from the manager was a very uncomfortable one ! He gave me a BS excuses and just horrible customer service from him ALONE !! I am willing to pay any amount for great food and tip exceptionally well for wonderful customer service ( which I still left a tip for our server ) but I do not enjoy being charged hidden fees regardless of how much extra the cost is ) You never know who someone is when they enter your establishment .. so you should treat everyone fairly read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First , we came here for my sisters in law's birthday. She gave them the amount of people in our party and we thought when the table was ready we could be seated. It took me and my boyfriend 20 minutes just to find a parking spot while they were at the front waiting to be seated. Once we finally found a parking spot and attempted to enter into Crawfish Shack a blonde woman which I believe was the manager came at us full charge and told us how we had to go back out and put our name on the list , there wasn't enough room for us (which there defines was room) and "she won't allow for us to skip her line" but we never knew that we were skipping we knew that we were included in the count. That was a huge slap in the face considering we drove an hour just to eat here. Due to the disrespect all 14 of us left and they quickly came back and sat us at the SAME exact table she claimed there wasn't enough room. Okay ? Second , the crawfish was mediocre , the red beans and rice tasted like it was from popeyes and the gumbo was tasteless! The waitress would give us our spoons , forks and just place them on the table bare. I know some people can just be Ugly and rude and I don't like to always say it's because the color of someone's skin but honestly here I think that was the reason. Im not the most pickiest person , and I don't leave reviews but this experience was horrific. But, with a name like the "Crawfish Hut", they should have stood out in my mind as some of the best. Well, they didn't. I ordered 3 pounds of the medium spice level. They were not spicy at all. I, also, ordered the red beans & rice, which was YUMMY! As a matter of fact, this dish was better than the crawfish. I ordered the sweet tea, which was good, as well.
