We go camping in fort Bragg almost every year. This year we went to this place for lunch and I don't regret it one bit. When you first park it looks like a hole in the wall but it's not! Not quite what I expected. The restaurant is advertising as Mediterranean. Although the Mediterranean Sea does have an awful lot of countries bordering it, one is not India. Nonetheless I love Indian food so no points taken off and I'm posting a picture of the menu so everybody now knows what to expect. I agree with the reviewer and that they're still working out some of the bugs and I think they'll be able to do so. I can see rating this four stars in the future. I disagree with the reviewer who expected pita bread with her platter because the menu does say that it comes with rice and salad and there's no mention of pita bread. The negatives are that there are only three parking spots, two regular and one handicapped; and they don't make their own pita bread. The other negative is they have a big splash sign on the door saying make your own platter but nobody inside seem to know anything about that and they said the owner wouldn't be back for a month. I got the chicken platter. I thought the chicken was a little dry, they may need to put less on the spit or may work itself out as they get an increase in traffic but the spices were good. The positives are the place is ultra clean, the staff is very friendly, the platter portion at least on the takeout was more than enough and they didn't use styrofoam. My platter came in an aluminum foil pie dish of 1/3 salad, which was very good with actual salad things in it, not just iceberg lettuce, 1/3 rice and 1/3 chicken. It looked really good and I forgot to take a picture before I dug in! One negative is you get a little plastic container of sauce if you order out but if you dine in there's a whole selection of sauces right there for you to help yourself. I asked about getting more sauce for my take out and was declined. Next time I get takeout I'll just go sit at the table and squirt whatever sauces I want on my meal before I leave. I love lassi but I didn't try it, the Indian sweets looked very good. I wish they had a lamb only gyro but the only choices beef + lamb and I don't know what the proportions are. This place is great! Like many others have commented, I was a little put off by the fact that it's attached to a gas station, but don't let that deter you. The food and service are both some of the best in the area! I got the chicken shawarma plate, which was plenty of food for this hungry dude. Great flavors, and the plate came with a hefty portion of seasoned rice, salad, and the chicken. The only critical thing I can say, and the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars, is because some of the lettuce in the salad was old and I had to pick it out. Relatively small issue at a good restaurant. Really good Mediterranean food and all the sauces are delicious! Food is fresh and you can watch them make everything from sauces, hummus and salads. They give you a good portion of food. We haven't done a lot of eating out during the pandemic, but a week ago we ordered falafel platters for on Cravingrill. They are wonderful! By far the falafel is my favorite thing on the menu, and this time was no exception. I was hyped to check it out since they have lamb on a spit. I ordered the gyro plate. The lamb was crusty, crunchy. Reasonably I expected pita bread. Nope. The rice and salad were good. I hope this was a one off. It would be nice to enjoy Mediterranean food in my neck of the woods, instead of the East Coast. Will debate returning because right now all I could think was Meh. Update: Decided to return and this time got the lamb gyro. Pita was soft. Obviously store bought. And that's okay. What wasn't okay was the taste. Lamb wasn't crunchy this time but still lacked the flavor that I seek when getting Mediterranean food. Pricey for what one gets. Nice lady at the counter. I hope they improve and succeed. My bad for being a world traveler, but I can get much bigger portions, tastier, and way cheaper in NY, and even the Bay Area. read more

Fantastic Mediterranean food. It is a small little shop behind a gas station with amazing food. We often have a hard time finding good food that is meat and dairy free when we are traveling though small towns. They mastered it here.
