Liked the ramen and the ability to build it to your own taste. The pork broth was excellent with the pork. The pork bao buns were amazing. The tofu bao buns were ok, but I got them since I've never seen them. I preferred the pork. The establishment was very clean the staff extremely friendly and all was great. Will be back when back in town. read more

New ramen place in town & decided to check it out. It's cool because you create your own ramen & choose what you want in it. Anything that is labeled as spicy is mildy spicy but not enough to make you have to gulf down a huge glass of water. My daughter had a strawberry smoothie bubble tea, my husband had a taro milk tea & I had a peach tea bubble tea. They are all not overwhelmingly sweet & a decent price. They charge extra for any type of boba or jelly that you add. I wouldn't choose this place over other places for bubble tea. Their noodles are not homemade but you get plenty of them. Unfortunately there is no rice on the menu so If you are looking for kid friendly I would not suggest here unless you are just getting them bubble tea. read more

The parking lot is very plenty! It is easy to find as the restaurant is at corner where you can notice quick. The restaurant just opened a few days ago and they have a website to look for the menu and hours that they open. The people are nice and friendly. I ordered and they serve really quick! I am impressed! The food itself tastes good. However, I hope they'll add more options to add to ramen. The bubble tea just tastes right! I'd recommend anyone to try their ramen if you are curious!!! read more

The menu has a mixture of options, but I went for the ramen. As listed i picked protein first, i got pork belly. Second option is to choose straight or wavy noodles. They only had straight noodles. Broth is next & i picked spicy miso, with veggies on it too. I really liked it all, i just compare it to the chipotle of ramen. The noddles & pork belly was great but the spicy miso broth didn't have much flavor. Still a good go too option! Pork belly buns are thin sliced but very juicy. Contains carrot, cucumber & onion. I have two issues with this restaurant: (1). They automatically charge an 18% tip on pickup orders. If I am going to tip, it's with cash at time of service. (2) The cashier (same one) is invariably rude and unaccommodating every single time. Angry and aggressive at baseline. After getting charged to be abused more than once, I asked about the automatic tip and the cashier was dismissive and unpleasant so I asked that the tip be removed (per MealKeyway, the restaurant sets this). She was openly hostile. The manager was lovely and the tip was refunded. I have never been worried that my food would be adulterated until I encountered this woman. I'm not sure I am willing to risk encountering this cashier again and, from the reviews, I don't think I am alone in that. It's really too bad. read more

Loved every bite, sip, and slurp! They have ramen (build your own: loved this concept!), bubble tea, and salads. The toppings were so fresh and the ramen was excellent! (everything from the flavorful and rich broth, noodles, and perfectly cooked egg). They also had a ton of different drinks to chose from and non dairy options/vegan options as well. The staff was friendly, the food came out fast, and the space is clean and decorated beautifully. Definitely one of my favorite ramens in Rochester! read more

College town has another favorite. It will full of students, so you know it has to be good! My daughter ordered the spicy miso - which was super spicy - so get it if you are prepared to burn you face off :) I had regular MISO - so flavorful and the wavy ramen delicious! Pork belly spicy miso wavy ramen $13 + Free add-ons: mushroom, dry seaweed, scallions, egg, and bamboo shoots 3.75/5 Medium Thai milk tea $4.25 4/5 I've been visiting this place since it opened, and it has become a college town staple! I have been there or ordered from there at least 6 times. The order above is my go-to choice. However, the ramen tastes better when you dine in rather than takeout. Occasionally, the pork has tasted dry or bland, making the rating go down ~2.5 As you walk in, you immediately face the register and menu signs. There's a poster that guides you through customizing your ramen, allowing you to choose the protein type, noodle type, broth/sauce type, and add-ons. The staff will ask whether you will be dining in or taking out. If you choose takeout, the broth is separated from the noodles to prevent sogginess. For dine-in customers, a metal stands with a number is provided, and your food is brought to you when ready. There's a station near the register where you can return utensils, trays, etc. The interior space has plenty of natural lighting from the large windows. Restrooms are also available for customers. Ordered from here on the weekend. I got the pork belly ramen in spicy pork bone broth with the egg, carrots, fish cake, mushrooms, garlic oil and scallions. it was sooooo good. Also, they packaged it separately so the noodles would not get soft. i also tried the spring rolls which were crunchy! I would def recommend! read more

I called in today to order 2 bowls of ramen to go and was told 10-15 minutes. When I came in about 20 minutes later I was told they forgot to print the ticket and never cooked it despite the cashier knowing exactly what my order was. Not sure if it was straight up maliciousness or incompetence but it's a great way to make me give up on trying this place for good. They also don't have their own parking lot even though the 3 stores around them all do and there are signs everywhere saying you will get towed which adds to the negative environment here. read more

Good food. I always order Spicy Pork Bone Ramen with all toppings. Also a Coconut/Taro smoothie with tapioca pearls. Except this time I ordered online and they only made the Taro smoothie when I had noted my mixed preference. They did ask if I wanted it done at the moment, I was in a rush so I kept my Taro smoothie (it tasted good but Coconut/Taro tastes waaaaaay better). Ramen is good, not mind blowing but in this area, it's a good contender. The pork bone is not overly salty and the spicy miso is decidedly mild, umami is there but wished the soup was a little deeper in flavor... charsu was great tho! The highlight of the meal! The pork belly buns was ok, the pork belly was tasty and its blend with cucumber and radish with hoisin was good. Wanted a little more tasty fat on the pork belly but it was ok. Meal hit the spot and boba drinks were pretty good too... frankly ramen is better than taichi across the road! :) read more

Awesome spot for some warm ramen! I love the spicy miso broth (it is on the spicier side though delicious but just a heads up) and appreciate all the choices for sides that come with the price! There are several tables, a water station, restrooms and the food is self pick up. There's an area to put the empty bowls/dishes. I've already been there twice and will def be back when I'm CRAVE-ing some warm delicious ramen!! :) read more

New cute ramen place in Rochester! It's right in mount hope so a good location and have option for different types of noodles, as well as unlimited toppings. They have options for pork buns as well which is a nice option. Price is affordable and portions are huge. Great spot to go to especially for U of R students read more

My wife and I have tried this place a few times and to be honest, it's just OK. The menu primarily consists of customizable Ramen or stir-fry dishes, bao and bubble tea type drinks. We've tried their Ramen, stir-fry, bao and bubble tea and while all have been decent, nothing really blew us away. read more

They got my order wrong and basically offered a tiny amount of spicy paste. I originally ordered the spicy miso Ramen with pork. But they gave me a whole different broth and forgot my toppings. I hated it. The noodles were good though, I'll give it another try next time. read more

So I'll just start of the review with the fact that i come here often. I love the food and always recommend it to all of my friends but I've been having the same reoccurring issue with one of the girls at the register up front. This is the 4th time she's had the nastiest attitude known to man. She just seemed disturbed and seems like she doesn't want to be there. I walked in i placed a mobile order prior and i stood there for about 2 minutes in-front of her with no greeting or even just to tell me she will be with me in a moment then when she decided to acknowledge me i told her my order number and she bluntly said name, when i told her she slid the bag across the counter never made eye contact and walked away. I understand everyone had bad days but I'm in the business myself and i would NEVER show my costumers that side of me even if i was just in a bad mood. I let it go the last few times i came to eat here but i won't be coming back because she was NOT WELCOMING and lacks serous customer service skills read more

When I went here it wasn't terribly busy. It has its own parking lot in the back, which is nice given the location. Food was delicious. Young lady behind the counter was sweet. Food came out promptly. Definitely recommend as a great lunch spot! read more

Street parking is available, no charge for that. We encountered construction so we had to drive around for a bit but it was worth it. Seated immediately one arriving, we went with a couple appetizers- my personal favorite, the scallion pancake and the steamed bao with BBQ pork belly inside. That comes two to an order so it worked out nicely. Both were exceptional. The scallion pancake is like no other. Extra crispy, incredibly flavorful- and I love their dipping sauce. Vinegary, sweet and sour. The buns were pillowy soft and the pork belly was tender and full of that smoky BBQ taste. For entrees, we chose the Kung Pow Shrimp and the Singapore style curry noodles that came with shrimp, bbq pork, and beef. Both dishes were plentiful. The shrink was definitely spicy, you can see with all of the red chilies in the sauce, with the peanuts and celery pieces cut on the bias for a classy look. The portion on the Singapore noodles was very hefty...we upgraded our rice to fried rice so we had a lot of food today. All in all, this was an enjoyable visit. Since I am headed home tonight I wanted to be sure I had enough food to last me the rest of the day until I get back to ATL. This place ALWAYS delivers! Support small businesses!

They sell some groceries besides food, price is tiny bit higher than big Asian groceries. I got spicy tuna rolls and chicken teriyaki. It took less than 10 minutes for the food to get ready. Tuna roll was big and rice is soft. Chicken teriyaki was okay. I enjoyed the salad came with the meal. Overall it was a good dinner.
